I just fail to comprehend how our own people just rush to label people if misfortune occurs. This news has clearly been shared to avoid such future occurences and though what has happened may seem stupid to you, you also have to understand the fact that not many people are smart like you nor have privileges like some of you do. 3k may just be a small amount for you but it may means alot for others. Don't be so quick to judge and start labelling. You're the only one who look stupid when you say all these. Please be kind.

Just change all your contacts, import pictures from the internet to your camera folder. After that you can collect as much as 50-60k from these loan apps. Since it is illegal they can't take you to court and you get free money.
