Hey guys 🤍 so I keep getting comments (pretty mean ones which aren’t needed) about the editing and I get it but in the beginning of this video I did say that this video will be edited down and I 100% get if you don’t like it but please don’t yell at me in the comments about it just exit out of the video 👍 it’s fare if you don’t like the video but please don’t leave mean comments , anyways I hope everyone had a amazing day 😊

Jennie is truly a crackhead , other ppl think she’s an introvert and yea I kinda agree with that but she hits diff when she’s feeling herself onstage like what happened on Cochella
Agree
1.) You just heard the DDU-DU DDU-DU remix. It was one of the tracks in their KILL THIS LOVE ep (which was released a year after DDU-DU DDU-DU. A lot of Blinks got mad because we only got like 5 songs, and 1 of them was a remix 😂)
2.) You heard the DDU-DU DDU-DU remix Japanese version. There's an original version of the remix.
3.) Basically ALL their songs get Japanese versions a few months after the original's release. We're still waiting for the Japanese version of THE ALBUM. They do this because Japan is like the world's #2 biggest market in the music industry (second only to the US of course). Most Kpop groups do this to cater to the Japanese market, and of course more 💰.
4.) In BLACKPINK's case, their Japanese versions have:
-Japanese verses
-all English raps (in the original some raps are in Korean, those get turned to English. Some songs like As If It's Your Last have raps in English in the original, so they just retain that in the Jp version)
Fun fact:
-Jennie doesn't say "bullshit" and "shit" in the original. She only says it in the Japanese versions of DDU-DU DDU-DU and DDU-DU DDU-DU remix. 😁
-Jennie raps faster in the original DDU-DU DDU-DU than the JP version (which is in English..ik it gets confusing 😂)
-Aside from the language differences in the different versions, they also sing some lines differently. In the JP version of Kill This Love, Rosé sings "Lucky Me, Lucky You.." more breathily..it honestly sounds sexier and more sensual to me.
Idk if u realized but lisa also sweared in dddd in her rap 1:25 😂 both jennie and lisa swear in their eng raps(mostly jennie and she swear in Korean version too. Lisa only sweared in pretty savage and see u later(korean)) in the iconic concert moments u saw that she changed her lyrics bcz her mom was watching 😂. Rosé also sweared in pretty savage and she once almost sweared in Amazing saturday(variety show)🤣 jisoo is the only one who has not yet
In "WHISTLE" Jennie says "it ain't really work if you're Pro."

I recommend you listen to the Japanese versions too 😁 And hear the original vs the Jp versions back-to-back... aside from the language differences, you'll be shocked to hear how they'll sing some of the same lines differently.
I personally love "Kill This Love" in the Japanese version better because:
1.) Lisa's first rap part is in English and I think it hits harder
2.) Rosé's "Lucky me lucky you..." part is breathier than the original and I love that
For DDU-DU DDU-DU I love the original better because I loved Lisa and Jennie's flow in that better (and Jennie's rap was way faster than her English one in the Jp version).
