But in a year there will be a mandatory promotion, wherein they become Process Associates. For operations hiring goes on almost throughout the year. December's generally a freeze because of major staff being on holiday.

@@makkar1610 As discussed in the manegerial interview they said once you enter sunlife you are a full time employee and initially you will be made to work in various fields to test your niche and then put into one.. I just wanted to know what kind of work I shall be doing there.. the job description was completely technical so I am expecting a complete tech role.

Look for culture. Sunlife works on partner based culture. So no tight deadlines. It's employee centric. It has a great office space. N its very stable. No layoffs. Paid extra in covid for high volumes of work. Both are big brand names. Whatever you'll choose will be the best for you. 👍🏼

Its an insurance carrier which makes it the most stable org to be a part of no matter how the market conditions are. Appraisals & variables are always better than the market standards. Plus u've free cabs n free food (lunch & dinner). We've the headquarters in Gurgaon n everyone is approachable.
@@makkar1610 yeah they said related to handling data and insurance work but providing shifts at night 6:30-3:30am and 5:30-2:30 and saying hybrid work may be 3 days office 2days WFH(work from home) or vice-versa
