Both the phones are absolutely amazing smartphones to buy under ₹35,000. However, one of these beats the other in many areas and stands out as a better smartphone.
However, I'm really surprised as to how good mid-range smartphones are now. They are at par with flagship devices in terms of everyday practical use and it’s tough to differentiate a mid-range and a flagship in terms of performance.

I heard oxygen OS is more superior than funtouch OS. Is funtouch os good? Should i trust UX and UI?

I have had bad experiences with IQOO software overall, it is nice, fun and powerful when it comes out of the box but the phone’s software or hardware whatever melts so quickly that even with me a complete tech head making sure that the phone doesn’t slowdown quickly, it lost significant performance and got me frustrated with it’s heavy, bloatwary, and gimmicky features in just 6 months . While my OnePlus 7 pro was doing better than my IQOO neo 6 in terms of giving me reliable performance, yes the gaming performance was better on IQOO but for me the overall phone experience was so much worse that the gaming boost wasn’t worth it. I switched to iPhone for now but if I were to go back to android for my next phone I would go for either Samsung’s flagship, Google’s flagship, or OnePlus’s flagship even if gaming performance is a little bit worse.
Which 1 you prefer for heavy usage of multimedia, good camera and moderate gameing
Always prefer snapdragon chips. Don't go for Mediatek Dimensity chips. In this comparison ofcourse iqoo neo 7 pro. I've ordered myself one. Yet to deliver

You seem to mistake the SD 8+ Gen 1 for the 8 Gen 1. 8+ Gen 1 is MUCH more efficient than 8 Gen 1 and it beats the D9000 when it comes to power efficiency. Take a look for yourself in the Nord 3 vs Neo 7 Pro battery tests.

I bought a Poco F3 GT two years ago, and as you know it's a performance centric phone with pathetic cameras and software (the software eventually got better with updates).
I knew for sure I would never go for a MIUI phone after this. Thought of going for Moto Edge 40 and the 11R in their respective price segments but I don't like curved screens.
My two final options are Neo 7 Pro and Nord 3. Tell me: which one is better in more of the following aspects?
- feature packed software
- great performance in the long term
- symmetrical display
- good speakers and earpiece
- good haptics

Watching this video on Nord 3. Not a hardcore gamer, I'm a casual gamer. So Nord handles well. Chose this for a premium experience and it serves the purpose.
I didn't like the Funtouch OS, so Color/OOS is better for me.
After a recent July update, the camera performance is slightly better in few situations like HDR photos. Haven't tested the video.

@@luciferGOD1234 Battery life was not great on the first day. Overtime it adapts and is good. Yesterday I got 6 hrs 30 min of SoT, including 1 hr BGMI, 3 hrs movie time, 1 hr TH-cam, and other casual usage.
I'm watching it from IQOO NEO 7 PRO.

Battery backup is good after the update. 80W comes handy when you're out of juice. Loving it.
Game frame interpolation is a gimmick, i used neo 7 pro, will likely to sell, hate Chinese proprietary charging protocol, neo 7 pro supports only 65 watts of PD charging and doesn't have a PPS

FYI I'm also a OnePlus user from the beginning I used 1, 3, 5 and my current mobile is OnePlus 7 Pro where I facing this frustrating Green Lines on my mobile display...😌😌
