Massive Nexomon fan and super hyped for the 3rd installment! I’m also really hoping the cassette beast devs release either a sequel or even another dlc, that game is probably in my top favorite games of all time
Hey there. Not trying to rain on anyone's parade, but can I ask what it is that you enjoyed so much about Nexomon? I've completed the first one and played a chunk of the second before dropping it. It just doesn't do it for me compared to all the rest of the genre. I'm not interested in starting an argument here. I just really wanna understand what I'm missing.
@@Foofoothegoon Personally, I just liked how different it was. Nice designs, good story, the quest system, and the rune system was all just unique. I will say it is definitely a little slow and there's a lot of dialogue in the beginning but idk I just really enjoy it.

@FTChomp9980 I knew it, pearl abyss were doing some other big game or had one. That's it. They really are ambitious in these 2 games, are pushing a little the boundaries. Sure will try the crimson desert when out.
Yaoling: Mythical Journey is amazing even in early access. I highly encourage everyone to give it a try. Aethermancer is one of my most anticipated games. Risimon, Voidling Bound, Kindred Fates, Bagdex, Coromon Rogue Planet are all on my radar and to a lesser extent Skyclimbers and Nexomon 3.
@@adariusboyd9965 I liked that Yaoling was a more active auto battler where you have a little more control on what happens but can still afk if you want for most battles. Kind of like Hadean Tactics for anyone who's played that. The real draw though is the "shiny" system is simply superior to every other system I've experienced. And every system in the game feeds into every other system making for a very satisfying loop. But I respect not everyone will like that style of game. Hopefully, there's games that you're excited for too. I'm glad that we're getting more options and variety in the genre.
@ yeah I was more expecting your run of the mill turn based combat. But the combat was literally my only gripe with it so I’ll probably come back to it again when it’s got better controller support

Yaoling is already out I was able to buy it in NA like a few weeks ago. I honestly can't suggest the game enough. The only gripe I have is that the shinys don't change color but instead like coromon usually mean better stats and it always has a 3rd tier ability. There are rare colors which are just a 1 for 1 color change. In my time playing so far havent seen a rare color mixed with a shiny assume that would be very low odds so makes sense but still a very fun game, great art style, and good amount of content. The story is basically very linear but if you are like me and love exploring the areas, hunting rare colors, shiny hunting etc its a very solid option.

Kindred Fates is going to take a while to come out. They are putting a lot of polish into the animations. & doing that for each creature in the game adds up development time fast.
