Hi Dee. Thanks for showing us around.I am a South African and was fortunate to work and travel to all the following African countries- Angola,Namibia,Botswana,
    Mozambique,Lesotho,Zimbabwe,Tanzania,Uganda,Kenya,
Djibuti,Eritrea,Ethiopia,Egypt. And the beautiful Eswatini. I am currently in and out with a long term contract. I normally stay in George Hotel in Manzini. But when i work elsewhere like Sipophaneni i stay in guest houses all over.
And they also have some of the best meat and "Boerewors and ugali.
But all counties are lovely- full of fruendly people. So happy to be born on Africa.Keep up the videos please. And Happy New Year.

Thank you Dee for this video. I wouldn't say it is occupied by rich people only. It was all a thicket once upon a time but as more and more people and bought land and built on it, it is what it is today. You can get a reasonable piece of land for just under one million Emalangeni and then build on it. The place is very quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful Eswatini. Thanks for showing us! At 1:32 sisi please please always wear your seatbelt because it is there to save your life! We love you and we don’t want you to go through the windscreen in case of an accident. You might think you don’t need to wear it because you trust your driver and you are also going at slow speeds, but if a drunk driver hits your kombi from behind at high speed things can quickly change.

Hey Dee, in Swaziland mostly you acquire the land to build your home and sometimes the land is given to you by your parents or your family owns the land, once you own the land, there are architects who you tell your dream house plan, they draw your plan, then you present to the builders then boom your dream house is built gotta hv the Emalangeni (E) 💰. If I can just guess the price if you had to buy in Ezulwini an already built home it would be between E750, 000 - E2,000,000. Enjoy to the fullest, you are making me miss home. Looking forward to your next adventure.

You can say that again sister! I live in the UK and we buy already built houses over here. For the price of a two bedroom house over here you can probably buy land and build a 3 bedroom house on it over there. And did you know that in certain situations here in the UK you can buy a house but the land it’s built on is owned by someone else called the landlord? Each year you pay rent for the land to the landlord. Oh, and the lease expires after about 99 years and you have to pay a fortune to renew it. It’s just bonkers!

Did the Monarchy pay you to tour only the suburbs whereby very few people resides.A majority of emaswati a+/_70% of the population live below the poverty line.We are heavily taxed with poorly maintained tarred roads in the surbs(something you forgot to show),you go to hospitals only to get prescription and you must go and buy your medication at the pharmacy, no proper schorlaships for deserving students with excellent academic records yet the Kings children go to study overseas come back and do nothing
In the neighborhood a house starts from R1million,yet the minimum wage in Eswatini is R1080..a majority of people occupaying those house spend over 20 years paying their housing bond.
We are not a developed country,a majority of us cannot afford purchasing a house because we are heavily taxed..a person earning around R26k must pay R5k+ in taxes alone, the cost of living is very high and HOUSES are very expensive for the average swazi hence a majority are renting rather than buying because we don't even qualify for that bank loan to buy a house.

What a beautifully planned and maintained suburb. Swaziland and Lesotho are similar in size and wealth, but Lesotho is so disorganised by comparison. There is absolutely no urban planning so you hsve really poor rundown areas around wealthy neighbourhoods and the children from the more deprived areas trash the streets of the smarter areas.

In USA i saw people sleeping in streets but here is not common to see that. SWAZILAND has very small population and its easy for most people to get rich

A descent house just like the ones you show in this video will cost you around $85 000(current rates). I wish you visited Dalrich or Mountain drive in Mbabane.
