I am definitely looking forward to this! Our group played the demo product on tabletop simulator and it is for definitely for us. With all of the changes in setup to the board every game this will for sure last many plays and with our group. Very much looking forward to this coming out. A hit for our group on multiple fronts, between the theme of cruise ships and destinations, to worker placement, and component quality.
I am sooo agreeing with you. I wanted to love it but ultimately the core gameplay is simply not enough. Then there is so much glued around it that just feels unsatisfying. I actually felt the core game is very simple and then they made the game big just for the sake of it. You buy and build sections, attract and load people, send them off and get some rewards. None of this feels exciting and by the time you launched 3-4 rockets it didn’t even feel thematic anymore, just an efficiency puzzle. I really wish there was more excitement to the launches, some surprises, maybe a risk malfunctions and rocket sections that actually impact the game. A letdown.
Ya it just felt bolt on. I do think they could have done a few different things but since I am not a game designer it’s hard for me to say what it would be. All I know is that it just didn’t work in my opinion. Thank You for commenting!!!
Nothing about this game drew me in unfortunately. And when I saw the board setup I definitely didn’t want it. I need a more medium weight game to get to the table. The only thing I liked was that it was worker placement. Looks very long too. Plus it’s another space themed game. Not for me but could be good

It caught my eye, but it quickly became apparent to me that it was one that none of my gaming folk would be interested in playing.
Ya if your group won’t play it then it is hard to buy a game!
