If you listen really closely, you can hear notes and melodies from other Donkey Kong Stage Themes in this track. Donkey Kong Country: Aquatic Ambience 0:22 Donkey Kong Country: Voices of The Temple 1:10 Donkey Kong Country 2: In a Snowbound Land 1:15
Hey, so, fun fact. Those TNT barrels (the ones that are actually Kabooms) have a backwards N, they are ТИТ barrels. Now consider the name of the baddies in this game: Kremling. Kremlin. The ТИТ barrels can therefore be read as Cyrillic. Given that this is Rareware we're talking about, I can't imagine this was on accident: _Those are tit barrels._
I think it's because the sprites are designed "facing right". So when the tnt Klobber faces left. the letters appear reversed. You can even see the shadow on the Klobber change sides when he changes direction.
@@bagelmeister2295 The ROM hack portion has been done for years. You just need to drop the mp3/flac/whatever into the same folder and they'll be uploaded automatically. I'm sure a version with all the files properly named and in the same folder will be available as a single download the moment the OST is finished.
How ironic that the source of the Kremlings' power is hidden inside jungle levels. Also, I, to this day, cannot play Klobber Karnage on real hardware to save my life...only in an emulator with ultra slowdown. It might be worse than the Canary Mary races in Banjo-Tooie! X_x
Another awesome restoration! The jumgle beats are powerful and the bass is so good. But i think the sounds at 0:54 are too loud and interfere with the main melody instrument.
7:45 I dont know why you have it like that. Why those barrels dont spin all over like they supposed to? In the real game you cant control the spin. That's why that level is hard AF!
What's better than listening to Sam's restored DKC tracks? Playing DKC while listening to Sam's restored DKC tracks.
A fan remake of the trilogy using those restorations alongside other QoL features would be amazing!
@@spongyoshi Maybe an MSU-1 patch!

Thank you. 🙂
This must've been one of the last compositions Wise made for the game.
@@k-leb4671 Maybe it's me, but those yells I hear at certain points sound like they came out of Turok 3.
dave wise is a god
Powerful and heavy like the original! It's a shame this song appears so rarely in the game.
It appears in three levels, which is the standard in DKC 2 and 3 for most level themes.
@@JASpiring yes, that's right, but I think he meant it's not so easy to get to the world where these levels are 🤣
This is giving me feelings I forgot I originally felt for this game.
Always loved this song! It got me hyped because these special stages were tough
This is spectacular, I love how clear the tribal shouts are!

It all makes sense now

Cant wait to replay these games with all these tracks inserted via SD2SNES/BSNES
How is that going to even work?!

@@FLYNN_TAGGART My god, thanks for telling me! I know what i'm gonna be doing for a few days, then
This is great. Please keep uploading these.
The mouse in the beginning shows its the REAL ones hardware.
Also this sounds amazing I love listening to your vids.
"The strong preys upon the weak."
-The Jungle Proverb
But the strongest protects the weak.
Most people seem to forget this tune exists, which is sad because it's really good.
The Aquatic Ambiance remix in this song is great
This is very good.
This are beautiful Sam. Well done. Ever think about restoring Killer Instinct and Killer Instinct Gold?

At 0:00, there's a mouse cursor.
I think VIC got inspiration from this when he did the club favorite Wobble song
PPF should make this his next DKC cover.
I liked it

I think you might want to try a different emulator or ROM
ZSNES had an error that made the barrels uncontrollable.
Try Higan for the best accuracy. If you can't run that you can try any other.
that's why ZSNES sucks and SNES9X it's much better
Use Retroarch with the SNES9X core, I think it's better than SNES9X itself
use the switch version
After a it all I hear is "No!"
I know you didn't bruh no freaking way sweet Jesus the chills that KS for this 💯😎you have my subscribe
I do start to think where's the mouse cursor.
Very Laugh Out Loud.
