Popular '90s Drama Films in a Nutshell

This is an idea of a satirical video I conceived of about a year ago, but never really got to it until early this year because I either kept forgetting or pursued other projects.
This is meant to be a parody of movies like Forrest Gump, Sling Blade or Gilbert Grape. I enjoyed Gilbert Grape but films like FG just didn’t captivate me, unlike many other viewers out there it seems. I suppose I just prefer films with more of a sense of quirkiness, wit, art or sophistication among other things. Not to sound smug in any way.
To any viewers from the South, I apologize for my horribly fake accent. I meant it as part of the camp of this video. :P
