Yeah you’ll be surprise the human body is really weird and there are so many different parasites. I use to watch monster inside of me and I had to stop it was just giving me anxiety.
@Crystal_Clout watch out for fruit flies. They love your tears or eye secreting fluid, if you clean your eyes with eye cleaning drops often, since you'll have to wipe your eye lids clean, too, Meibomian glands get cleaned out as well, win, win!
@@adanpry12 I have serious Meibonian issues already, so eyes get attention (heat packs, massage, flushing) every day. So yr comment eased my mind, thanks 🙂

Yes, I’d scream, too. As another commenter said, “New fear unlocked!” I was just getting used to knowing Demodex mites are living on my skin and creeping up and down my eyelashes at night. Now this! Today you have shown us a new “threat” and that ophthalmologist are human, too. Thank you for sharing this interesting (and nasty) case, your humor, and your professionalism. You are the best and this is why I love your channel!
I am not easily disturbed but this did it for me. My eye is itching me 😭😭. I never knew fruit flies could do that. I’ll take note of this information from now on. Very insightful!!! I just wonder how exactly it landed in their eye.
@@chelsear5061 fruit flies could hatch (from larvae, that hatch from laid eggs, laid by adult fly) on some fruit in the kitchen, or in the supermarket, or the garden, or from one of those places. Or from garbage in any of those places. An egg transferred to yr eye and it's in. I'm going with trying to avoid that (wash fruit I buy, seal garbage containing fruit), but also eye hygiene. I have some cylindrical fly screens that pop up, to go over food served outside (flies are problem here in Australia). I've been using them in the kitchen to keep fruit flies out of fruit that doesn't go well in fridge, like bananas and tomatoes. But I still get the fruit flies in the kitchen. They're small and hard to kill. Now I'm going to redouble my efforts! 😵
That was fabulous! I can imagine how weird and irritating that would feel in the eye. I’m sitting here with eye bubbles on my right eye and wondering if it would be more irritating than that. Were you able to locate any parasites in the other eye? Is the parasite you removed the only one you visualized? Other than the eyes, is there another organ(s) in the body where these parasites migrate? Did to obtain blood samples and if so, where any parasites or parts of parasites present? What were the circumstances of her becoming infected?

십수년전 어머니가 갑자기 눈에 뭔가 들어간거같다고 하셔서 랜턴조명으로 보니 실눈곱 같은게 있어서 면봉으로 살살 걷어냈는데 그게 움직이길래 굉장히 놀랜기억이 있습니다. 초파리 유충이었군요

휴.. 울 강아지랑 앞산 산책갔다가 강쥐눈에 초파리가 정말 3초도 안되는 사이에 알까고 도망감 .. 초파리가 축축한곳에 알까고 가기때문에 즈으응말 조심해야함:.병원에서 일일이 핀셋으로 떼냈는데 30마리는 나온거같음…저 사람도 눈꺼풀 안보이는 곳에 알이 더 숨겨져있을가능성있음…

그냥 멸균생리식염수 주사기에 담아서 23g 바늘로 물총 쏘듯이 수압으로 밀어내면 눈 손상 리스크 없이 잘 꺼내집니다..
