Agree with you, but Terry is doing a great job here and he's friends with Don. In fact, Don was the producer for the first XYZ album, where Terry is the singer.
Well that is true, and i am a diehard Dokken fan. However, if there is someone who can give this song justice then it is Terry Ilous. What a Singer, he has and Don had such amazing range.
George tell the original line up of dokken. Mick , Jeff , to hire this guy as the new singer for Dokken. And make a new Dokken Album and world Tour to replace Don. This would be a perfect Fit
Maybe better than Don now. However, Don in is prime was nothing short of amazing. Terry has just had the fortune of being better at taking care of his voice and not touring as much as Don has.
Saw the show with everyone... AON, XYZ, as well as Lynch Mob 3 weeks ago in Detroit. George has a new singer for Lynch Mob, and he's really good... better than Terry even. Sorry I don't know his name.
@@daryldaryl887 True. It's really hard on singers ( and fans) when they lose thier voice. Alot of my favorite vocalists have lost thier 'singing' voice ( Paul Stanley, David Coverdale, D.Lee Roth)
I am a huge fan of Terry's always have been but Don in his prime could sing this much better. I am not Knocking Terry He worked with Don on XYZ first album Don produced it. that's why it sounds so good. Terry and Don have very different distinctive voices they both sang there own material, Nuff said
George please get Terry to be your permanent singer
Terry is Gold!👏👏👏💗🤩
Was on the MORC and saw Terry on the ship plenty. Of all the talent on the ship, he was far and away the most gentlemantley-like. Class act.
Man, I'd love to jam some XYZ with Terry! Face Down in the Gutter!!! What a fucking awesome singer!
Wow yes used to play that song!!!! Love XYZ
This is a fantastic combo! Would love to hear an album from them!
This
Very fine performance
Terry is fukkin phenomenal !!
I saw terry on the icon of the sea the guy Still has it
Only one man can sing this song and his name is Don Dokken. A LEGEND!

Don _could_ but his voice is shot now, so sad.
Geoff Tate would also be interesting to hear sing Dokken songs! The guy is a former opera singer and has an amazing range.
Sounds great!
Decent singer good job
The ballad that the record execs twisted Dokken’s arm to make, but turned out to be good lol.

Much better than Don Dokken
That is a joke rite

It’s not the touring that screwed up Don‘s voice, definitely smoking and didn’t he also have some vocal cord surgery or something?
Sounds better than Don ever did
I don't think you have ever heard don live... look up some of the old 80's live audio from dokken, HE IS GOOD.
I saw Don many times in the 80s and he was great. I think he should retire now though
"Ever did" is a stretch.... 2 different tones, Don was one of the best in his prime (IMO)
Ya rite that's a joke unless your not talking about Don dokken

That track can only really be sung by Don.......it had all of his little traits...
He can't anymore.

Terry rocks! An underappreciated gem!
