I've heard better singers and that doesn't matter--I have never, ever, seen someone so completely possessed by the god of music. The joy rolls off her wave, on wave creating a divine ocean of sound. Blessings!
Fado is like one of the most passionate music around the globe. And its hard to go in time when you have to put out every emotion. Her performance is 10/10 , you could not like her, but the performance is perfect.

I can see how hard is to an American sings a song originally whritten and sung in Portuguese from Portugal, where the accent of the words is closed. However, the strong expression of the lyrics was well interpreted and transmitted... Great job!!! Congrats!!!

Just the mix of observed commitment and the raw beauty of the voice of the female soloist, followed by the more gentle but equally moving male soloist was captivating. Add the ‘all togetherness of choir and conductor was very special. A great sound, with heart! Thank you.

Completely agree with that comment. The soloist is just so engrossed in the music and that's conveyed so well through her performance. So beautiful. The choir is fantastic as well. I'm really enjoying watching these performances of Christopher Tin's Calling All Dawns--thanks for uploading!

There are always others who see themselves as experts, and critisize as such, but to me the beauty comes across in the pleasure it brings to each listener and one person's perfection differs from someone else's. I say again I as individual, hear beauty in all your presentations.

É o Português falado na África, bem lusitano, vogais meio escondidas, atropeladas pelas consoantes. No Brasil acentuamos mais as vogais, e isso dificulta a audição da peça.
