My husband is from Cuenca. I remember when he took me there, I did my first cleaning in the mercado years ago. Mine wasn’t like this though with the massages. These are way better.

I wasn’t really a fan of the other lady’s cleansing where she was chanting, I don’t think I could handle all the noise in person. But I turned this down about half volume and the sounds she’s making along with the sounds of her bracelets had me so insanely relaxed. I’ve been struggling with asmr not helping me relax anymore, but this did the trick perfectly! Thank you!

Take a break from asmr for a while. You can overload and end up immune for a bit. But taking a break for a couple of days should help reset the tingle immunity. Plus a variety usually helps and this is pretty new to me
