These remind me of the “efficiency kitchens” that were used In holiday cabins, starting in the ‘50’s…when families started to vacation in earnest after WW2.
They are beautiful and space efficient. I am impressed with the clever ideas. But, they are mostly for small spaces and as stated in the video, these kitchens are great for apartments. As someone who rents an apartment, I would never buy or have installed simply because I RENT. Landlord could decide to sell the building or maybe won't be renewing the lease. It would be a huge hassle to move it, if that's even possible. If it can and does get moved, chances are it won't fit in the next apartment.
The 40s' was actually an interesting era in kitchen design and there were various working groups looking at ergonomics. Some of the vast kitchens you see today could function better in less space if some of the ideas from back then were still fashionable.

I never thought of black as a kitchen color, very nice and clean looking. Also the shuttered kitchen, an excellent idea in a smaller home/studio.

My Grandmother had a space saving kitchen that her brother in law designed with pull out cabinets and lazy Susans back in 1940.
