China killed their environment, and exploited their own people for years to get the gains they have today. Now they need more space, clean air and land, why not go to desperate countries and wave a carrot in front of them? It’s a win win for China. If you look at China’s history..it’s pretty impressive how they came up from nothing…but they also caused a lot of devastation and environmental damage globally.

China isn’t interested in investing in Central and South America for the good of native people. Instead, it is using debt to capture and control the region for its sole benefit. Don’t be so gullible.

@@chua2237 Your racism and selective memory haven’t wiped away Chinese history. You may have conveniently forgotten the heinous crimes committed by Mao and the Gang of Four along with the CCP, but the rest of the world has not. We’re talking about the past and present theft of western intellectual property and trade secrets, trade cheating, Uighur slavery, starvation and deaths of millions of Chinese, the CCP’s war mongering across Asia, invasion of Tibet and the decades of oppression/executions inflicted upon Tibetans, and the tyranny and oppression of millions over decades. But, I have not. Chinese history spans thousands of years. In that time, countless atrocities have been committed by the Chinese. So, you are only lying to yourself with that arrogance.
To be clear, I’m not suggesting that Chinese history is all bad. I’m simply correcting your fraudulent and racist claim that (a) the Chinese are better than Caucasian’s, and (b) that China has not been every bit as evil as the people you are unjustly attempting to smear. Many in the western world, particularly some in the U.S., didn’t want to acknowledge the fact that , for many years the U.S. had taken Mexico, Central and South American countries for granted & these countries were deemed as resource rich places for the U.S. to exploit & its govts. under US control. This kind of foreign dominance was resentful among the Latin population and it’s just a question of time for the pressure to build up with nationalism & economic independence. China is seen as a modern day economic model, that poses a challenge to the western world. Many developing countries in both hemispheres , are looking to China for leadership & like what they see in that country & its achievements for the last 40 yrs. The west came ,looking for dominance over those countries but China came for cooperation with emphasis on a win win situation for all participating countries. The Latin American countries too, want a fair share of the economic wealth & future for their peoples.

Not only Latin America made a great decision by opening its borders to a vigorous trade relationship with China, but we look forward to China's rising as the most powerful economic country in the world to counterbalance US decades of abuse and unfair exchange with all Latin American countries. We welcome a Tripolar World. We are tired of US sanctions, US interference in our national issues and political arena, US manipulation of information, and US financial control of world commerce and trade through SWIFT and the imposition of the dollar as the only international valid currency. We are aware that 90 percent of news network is controlled by the US and its occasional partners. We learned not to listen and not to believe in any information the US disseminates. We realize that Trump and Biden, Democrats or Republicans are two faces of the same coin. The governance of one or the other one, Democrat or Republican will not translate in any improvement to Latin America's interests, development, economies or future. Latin America is NOT your backyard and we don't need your permission to make any sovereign decisions to improve our nations. We hope sincerely that Venezuela overcomes US sanctions with the help of Russia and China. Regardless of US massive propaganda, our universities are preparing the next generations to defend our national interests above anyone and anything.. China may not hit your Latin nations with sanctions but it will exploit your workers and keep them into a debt trap, therefore, keeping Latin Nations poor just so China can gain more wealth and power just like what it did to Africa.
China can also go far beyond than just economic reliance, it will have further influence in Latin American politics as well, such as the CCP bribing Latin American politicians to silence those who express concern or distrust about China, or even meddling in Latin American elections as well to elect presidents that won't strain Chinese diplomatic relations in the future, most Latin American countries will become econmic colonies if they rely too much on China.

So, due to the problem, the President befriended Russia and China and bought the arms needed. So, the US lost dollars for that arm sales. IT IS WHAT IT IS WE WANT THE WORLD TO WORK TOGETHER WE DON'T WANT A SINGLE COUNTRY TO BE FULLY DEVELOPED BECAUSE WE ARE A PLANET WE ARE ONE CIVILIZATION, WE ARE PLANET EARTH.
COUNTRIES DON'T EXIST SO LET ALL COUNTRIES DEVELOP NOT JUST A FEW. DON'T YOU NOTICE THAT CREATE PROBLEMS?
WE ARE HUMANS AS WELL AND WE WANT OUR COUNTRY TO HAVE INFRASTRUCTURE WE WANT TO STUDY SCIENCE AS WELL BECAUSE WE ARE ALSO HUMANS I GUESS YALL CANT NOTICE THAT BECAUSE IF YALL NOTICE YALL WOULD HAVE HELPED THE WORLD TO DEVELOP NOT JUST A FEW THAT'S THE PROBLEM
CHINA KNOWS IT SO IS DOING THE OPPOSITE OF THE USA NOW WE HAVE THESE WORLD
