ST37-HALF RHOMBIC

I am adding another engine. As a sample, I chose the engine with "half rhombic" kinematics from the contributor @myengines2443. This contributor works with advanced engineering technology.
I try to make good working engines with the simplest locksmith tools. I'm doing well so far.
