I have question regarding dependents they are saying in FAQ ,they are not allowing dependents to travel with them ? What does is means? They will not just pay for them or we have to move alone to uk without taking family by own expenses?
Yes some rules changed now you can’t come with your dependents if you’re coming for master degree

They will send you a confirmation email of the form. Most probably they will release results in June.

You have to wait for offer letter. Otherwise you can choose conditional offer and explain in the form you’re waiting for admission decision

In the scholarship application they are asking for Offer status i.e conditional or unconditional and also says that I must be an offer holder and this section is mandatory I can't skip this.

Sir, will they announce result after 30 April? What about IELTS exam because most of the students get conditional letter as they have no Ielts score during application .
At this stage you don’t need to provide ielts if you don’t have. In this case you have to provide your ielts later when they will offer you this scholarship. But for my students I always suggest that you must have ielts before applying any scholarships
