I have a habit of breaking down personality profiles and I'm seeing that this girl has been conflicting with having a new father figure in place of her real father so she's showing resentment. her having a brother is something she mostly admires because he's shown compassion to her instead of ignoring her.
Glad to see I wasn't the only one who picked up on that. I recently retired after 17 years as a detention officer and still haven't been able to stop "profiling" everybody I meet.😒

These situations can be avoided so easily in manga. Communication is important. In one that I saw, a guy sees the girl he likes with her cousin and he assumes the worst rather than walking up, saying hi, and having an introduction. Same here. Nagisa could’ve asked for an introduction and Akira would’ve said, “this is my sister, Haruka. I’m watching her while my parents are away.” Simple as that. Still makes for good storytelling. Haruka is every single one of us at that age. In love with picture books, oblivious to the world, living in the moment like we’re in Disneyland.
This manga has so many ‘taken out of context’ moments, and I love all of them. Beautiful artwork. The coffee shop owner must have a chinchilla as one of her parents to have that much hair…her neck must be reinforced with titanium or something.

With how thin her neck is (again, it’s just anime - I know), that would be a lot of stress on her cervical spine. If her hair was on an actual woman with her proportions, I would hope her hair was layered yes. Still, from her design it seems like her hair is just super thick and gets thicker as it goes down past her bum. That is some crazy volume. That could just be the aesthetic of the artist, possibly even a small nod to unrealistic beauty standards, but I saw it and had to write something. Don’t take my stance on a drawn woman in a manga too seriously, my brain just works weird sometimes.
Akira should thank Haruka for making Nagisa confess LOL, especially since both of them did not want to make the first move. At least Nagisa wasn't a tsundere and mustered up the courage.
Once again a great story. I understand that the voice actors are probably recording in their own home studios and read the lines for both characters to help stay in the story and convey the right emotions for the narrative, but it's a little jarring to be pushed out of the story at 14 and a half minutes by hearing the male character saying a line clearly meant for the female character. This channel has such good and entertaining stories. I just wish the editing was bit better.
I guess Hana Tan was the right choice to provide the girl voices this time around When I saw the title, I thought Haruka would be the Akira’s niece. She’s his STEPSISTER? Haha 😅
personally, I like nagisa's hairstyle it's so fits her personality. more attractively, when she wear earings which can be seen only by one side, is so beautiful.
A bit of life advice… Just based on this comment, maybe you should try to enjoy time with other people’s kids and maybe you could enjoy their company as long as they belong to other people and stay living calmly without having to deal with the hassle of your own😁👍🏾

This was pretty good! I loved all of the faux pass moments where Nagisa kept getting flustered. But this did remind me of some bad times many years ago. After my brother and his wife split up he would take his toddler son with him to all of the local party places and use him to pick up girls. Not cool in my book, but, the girls all fell for it. These people work very hard to provide a steady stream of content and unfortunately mistakes get made. This is still a great channel though and I will continue to watch and enjoy it for some time to come. 😁

I'm taking care of her for a week while they're honeymoon that they had to postpone for a couple months after the wedding ..."
