Friday Night Funkin' is a Newgrounds rhythm game made in HaxeFlixel originally created for Ludum Dare 47. Programmed by ninjamuffin99 with a soundtrack produced by Kawai Sprite and artwork created by PhantomArcade and evilsk8r, the game can be played on Newgrounds or played/downloaded for free on Itch.io.
The plot of the game centers around Boyfriend trying to hook up with Girlfriend, but her ex-rockstar father Daddy Dearest doesn't approve of him. It's up to Boyfriend to rap battle his way through him and anyone else that stands in his way so that he can finally get freaky! Think you got what it takes?
Friday Night Funkin' is an ongoing project that will continue to receive updates, bug fixes and new content. A full version of the game is currently in development, having been successfully funded via a Kickstarter campaign. Check the changelog here for information on the latest updates. VS. Impostor is a mod created and directed by Clowfoe and The IMPOSTORM Team, revolving around the popular smash hit 2018 indie video game, Among Us. The mod contains numerous references to, not only the game itself, but also several other parodies, be it animations or memes.
The antagonists of this mod are Impostors, the main antagonists of Among Us. They have the role of killing the crewmates and causing sabotages, while attempting to blend in with the other crewmates and avoiding ejection. Although, there are also a couple of Crewmates as opponents as well. Not to mention the other non-astronaut characters in the mod. - เกม

I really like this cover, but I feel the top-left quote in the sequence at 2:05 is unnecessary and a bit of a mood-killer if the intent is to be a tribute to the real Aloe. To bring it up in 2023 is an unwarranted dig at Cover for fumbling a situation they had no experience dealing with, and we've had correspondence from management in the three(!) years since then that they've both tried to improve since then and have made good on that.
(Also, the real Aloe has bounced back pretty damn well, but I know most people talk about the avatar itself getting fridged when they talk about what could have been.)
I wish I couldve gave this cover more time to bake in the oven, since I literally coded all of this in one day, and it was my first time *really* digging through the Aloe situation, I got all of the snippets in that sequence in like 20 mins, I'll edit it out if thats the way it makes you feel, I did want it to feel like a tribute and if getting rid of that helps then sure!
TLDR: rushed cover 🙃
I also did feel iffy about including that section at all because I didn't want to dig up something that was already put to rest
Oh and I'll edit it tmrw first thing since I'm still on vacation
@@Natetendo For what it's worth, the mod's old story struggled quite a bit with how best to pay tribute despite having much more time to understand what had happened. While this isn't the place to discuss that in full, you've done a good honest attempt with comparatively-fewer resources, and that I can appreciate.
It's wonderful to see such a creative cover and such a well-programmed playable, I can't imagine it in a better way than yours! Even though I have never personally played this mod, your contribution to this video deserves a lot of recognition, it was so wonderful man!
