I lived in the middle of the Australian outback in a town called Longreach - broad blue skies and seemingly endless dry golden grass plains and a lot of wild storms! You could almost hear a pin drop at night. An isolated town of 3k people. This album always brings me back to this region… this music evokes such raw beauty. Fantastic
My life is before and after Seefeel. Been decades and I've always been in love with your music. It's been a huge influence on the music I make, my approach to it. Thank you, guys, for existing. ❤️
My favorite from this album. I love seefeel, and I was sick to find out that they played in LA last month without ever hearing of it. All of your music holds a special place in my life. Please release new music.
can't believe i only now saw this video. i regret not seeing seefeel in brooklyn last fall, i can't remember why i didn't, it better have been a good reason. i love you guys.
One of their greatest tracks, and a candidate for the best track on _Quique_ . So sorry they canceled their concert in Santa Ana. Was looking forward to seeing one of my favorite bands. :(
I still have no idea how you were able to create soundscapes of such intensity, depth and beauty and, I suspect, neither have you. It can only come right from above. I was 18 quinque was released and I was just blown away A year later you played a gig in Moscow and I was there. I couldn’t believe you were in Moscow but facts are stubborn. Thanks so much for taking this risk, I’m forever grateful. You did help me to get through what turned out to be one of the darkest periods of my life. God bless you
Being asked to go to Moscow at that time seemed so exciting but the reality was very different. So glad you managed to see us play at that weirdest of times and that our music helped you.
@@SeefeelMusic many thanks for your reply. I’ve heard the organisers could have done a much better job and I’m truly sorry you didn’t receive the treatment you deserved, I really am. You created something truly original and I do believe your records will forever remain in the history of music, it’s so unlike anything else. Almost never have I been excited to see a band than back then. I’ve seen you play twice since, paradiso Amsterdam as well as the barbican centre in London and they were fantastic gigs, but the one in Moscow was truly life changing. Every time I hear spangle I have tears in my eyes. Thank you so very much
@@kotidze I think we were treated as well as we could have been. Russia was a bit of a mess at that time and we were just not used to it - kind of culture shock. There were many Muscovites in real poverty. It was very hard to see. When we played Moscow in 2017 it was unrecognisable from the Moscow we experienced in 1994.
@@SeefeelMusic if you ever decide to get back here, I’darrange for the treatment I think you guys do deserve. IMHO anyways. Can’t promise I’ll be able to pay for the whole trip, but once you are here, everything is on me. There are a lot of medieval towns around Moscow that had formed the core of the Tsardom of Muscovites which later formed the backbone of the Russian empire. As cheesy as it might sound, but folks as emotionally and intellectually developed as you, should see them
@@SeefeelMusic truth to be told, Russia has been a mess ever since Bolsheviks took over in 1917, the decade that followed the dissolution of the USSR was just especially nasty. As I said, many thanks for taking that risk and coming over. The UK is a really special place whether you know it or not, you guys are special, love you to bits
This is so weird. I bought this album back in the 90s and was relistening to it when it struck me how similar it sounds to Aphex Twin's "Xtal". It's like they have nearly the same drum line and melody, just separated and played at different tempos. Anybody know if that's an intentional thing? So weird to hear new things in a song nearly 30 years later, but always happy to find them.
If MBV used mixers instead of guitars they'd be Seefeel
Quique most definitely changed my life. I could talk about it for an hour...
Thank you.
wish they kept exploring with this sound. its like trance and dreampop
Seefeel, one of music's best kept secrets. You'll love the See' if you love MBV or BoC.
Just discovered the band few days ago and I'm so grateful I did!, thank you for the mind-bending works!
Thx for finding us Liyas.
great track in great album that has the atmosphere like fine art.
Oh my god! What a lovely track! That one were definately at Britronica 94 in Moscow!

It's a privilege to be a part of such recollections/thx.

you were an important band for me when I was at art school back in the mid 90s. explains a lot really. always and forever!!!
Thank you!
It is impossible to tell the things that this music brings back. It is enormous and it pulls me along in its wake and I thank you for it.

Ah man, always recall the first time I heard you, on who else but John Peel, just blew me away...such beautiful noise, such glorious shimmer...

Thank you Boris.
Perfection
just opened the band ! you are psy rocks guys ! I am a new fan !
Good to have you on board Roman!
This was the album I'd waited a lifetime to hear.
Please come to India!!!❤️
It would be truly incredible to play in India. Hope it happens someday.
Seefeel are so amazing it's about the tones they use that what makes them truly special. ❤️

amo su música 👽
Whatever happened to the new album there was talk about before covid?
saw them in cologne
This track reminds me a lot of Aphex Twin's "Xtal" from 1992. Who knows, maybe that's where it was inspired from!
anyone know if the vocals here are the same sample as xtal by aphex twin? or are they live vocals from sarah peacock? :)
idk if you still respond but how do you make these synth like sounds on a keyboard
I've seen them play this track live - all guitars, no synths.
