After a few listens this became one of my favorite songs by them

Currently my favorite off the new album. If I’m not mistaken, one of the guitarists uses a Baritone Guitar, which contributes to the weight of their sound, which is why this song is psychedelic but heavy as well.

TheAlonMower both of them use a squier baritone. Double dropped tuning I believe

@@vicleal7606 I have the same model (though in black as the vintage champagne wasn't available anymore) It's a 30" Baritone tuned to E on the lowest string. not sure if E standard or Drop E or a different tuning. but def. E as most of their songs use a lot of E minor key.
It's a really cool guitar and I am jelly of Loathes guitarists one since the color is so much cooler

@@Quiestre one of them does not use a Fender Bass VI?

Both guitarists use baritones (they switch between the bass vi and the squier baritone) tuned to EAeadf#, some songs are C#Aeadf#. They are using 105´s for the low string, so that adds to the sound too. The bassist ist tuned EAea or C#Aea, same octave :)

Not only is it grungey towards the end there, but its so fucking jammy. Like you can just bang your head and not give a shit like Lemon Meringue Tie by the boys, DGD. You know what I mean dudes, ya’ll have good taste

Dude on the right was falling asleep a minute in. Lol. This band is killer though. Dissenent guitars and delecate vox can do that.

The ending sounds like that because that’s what leads directly into the next song

    Do more Loathe!
Kind of funny on their instagram, their guitarists were both doing Q&A’s and what not and they said how they particularly don’t like this song for the reason that they had to use just production drums rather than the drummers kit mic’d up. This and another song, lil bit of trivia

When I first heard this one, I was taken aback by the very out of place growls, and kinda wasn't keen, but eventually I learned to enjoy the chaos in this for what it is, and now it's definitely in my top 5 Loathe songs.

We've both listened to their full album so I have heard aggressive evolution which is def. One of my faves from the album! They've grown on me since this video came out for sure! - Kyle

@@Pronoya hell yeah my dude. Glad you digged it. You guys should react to Skyharbor in the future. Another fantastic progressive metal band, Dan Tompkins used to sing for them when he temporarily left TesseracT back in 2012 -2014
