The Cheakamus is one of the ultra classic runs in BC, for a reason because it's just a great joy section with lots of fun moves. That combined with Balls Falls which is a super easy to lap freestyle drop, it really is a gem of a section. Then when you combine it with the Clutch there are SO many sick moves and seams, making it even better!

Man that water is gorgeous. I used to look at the Upper Cheak (and walk the trail by the river) on my many trips to Whistler years ago, but at the time it was a little over my head. Exciting to see this thanks man

so sick. how does the clutch compare with the antix??
They are pretty much on opposite ends of the spectrum. The Antix is a small ultra playful half slice, and the clutch is a full creek Boat half slice. So depending on the type of paddler you are or the things you want to do. They are very different boats.
Is that clutch carbon?? Has some weird molding around the cockpit rim
We were in the prototype boats as we didn’t have the production boats yet, but we wanted the opportunity to be able to film with them on this trip. The prototypes have welded on cockpits
