  • The UAE experienced severe weather with heavy rain and thunderstorms hitting parts of the country. Dubai faced disruptions in transportation, with as many as 13 flights coming into the city diverted to nearby airports. In Abu Dhabi, lightning storms were observed overnight, accompanied by heavy rainfall. Torrential rain was also reported in south of the Emirate of Al Ain, leading to road closures and disruptions. Authorities across the UAE issued warnings urging people to stay indoors, avoid beaches and to drive cautiously. The National Centre of Meteorology warned of continued unstable weather conditions, with heavy showers and thunderstorms forecasted throughout the weekend.

WARNING: I live in Abu Dhabi, But i witnessed and saw some thunderstorms, heavy rain, and cloud seedings. Idk why the sky was brownish yellow. But this is happening every single day i have school, This is why my windows are blurry and i always woke up in the middle of midnight. And its been happening every single weekday. So thats why im distance-schooled.

Ha, SAE people use the planes and drones to induce a rain. And when the huge rain come, they dont have anything to harvest the water. They need to learn yet how to slow down the runoff. Inspiration can be found across all of arid belt countries, like India, Israel, sahel etc.
