Unreal amount of free information here, very grateful as a recipient! Your hosting skills are also constantly improving Jeff, and I would also like to add that this is some of the best summarised & freshest free content in this field right now. I can't put into words how useful this stuff is! Keep it up.
This video is incredible. Most underrated channel just for the fact that you don't have atleast 500k subscribers. Keep these videos up I'm constantly sharing them with all my friends
massive props to you Jeff and Cliff and Eric and Jason for taking the time to put all this info out there. Learned an insane amount in these 2hrs. thank you
Awesome amount of information here. These guys know more about comp prep than just about anyone and the fact they are willing to share so much information is testament to type of people they are...Thanks for doing this - huge appreciation.
The first ever episode I have watched of Jeff's. Freaking amazing topic, best possible guests. Amazing content, crucial insights for a coach or athlete to listen to. Best 2 hours of cardio I ever did was spent listening to this segment. I can't wait to see more of them! Solid stuff!
I love all the info! People actually giving quality advice from their experience and knowledge. I would like it if you could get more panels going maybe having more guests/coaches. Say Matt Porter or John Meadows?
Perfect tips and strategies. I'm peaking right now for my 3rd show this season. I do a soart of rapid backload. I start 24hours before stagetime. The sodium/potassium ratio and watter intake was always low :/. I looked full but not very sharp. Gues I have to step it up.
Jeff, great post! This is a motherload of useful information. Did you address potential things to utilize for your pump? I know you mentioned chocolate/peanut butter, but do you do any preworkout to get an added pump or wine to further dry out (I've never done wine, but I've seen it). Thanks!
Hey everyone! Here we go! As always, timestamps are in the description so you can jump around to topics you're most interested in. Please check out everyone's pages in the description - they all provide a ton of great free info. And let me know what you think. Peace!
Found this video about 3 days ago.....this is the 5th time I've seen it, I can not believe there is that much good quality information on peak week, and ive seen 80% of. @jeffnippard in 3 days....talk about a binge...but I've basically binge watch anything everything that to with body building. So blew through every episode on dave palumbo, I'm mostly into his contests Oreos and a lot of his unorthodox eating....but this right here....shits on every other channel....there is so much valuable information in just 15 min there was only one thing I did not agree with......all 3 of them disagrees with carb dry loading and I know from experience you can bring an amazing physique. One of the coaches that was talking about that well he merioned bis protocol saying he had tried that way before and it did work then began laying out his protocol for the. Carb dry loading with minimal water......and it was not the damn protocol for carb back loading. It was a very tampered down version anyways keep the channel growing bro wish u would make more round table videos.....
It REALLY is NOT this complicated. It only 'depends' with regards different CLIENTS. Figure out your own strategies. Sodium does not need to be arsed about with. Trust me
