A Clipless Pedal Alternative

A quick video for those of you who want good shoe position on your pedal, want a bit of connection, but can't seem to get used to being latched on with clipless pedals. Is the clipless clipless pedal the right description for these pedals from Mag Ped?

Nice review, but $265 a road pair seems pretty steep.
