All your thumbnails (majority of them) are white in background - TH-cam's page -> also white.
Keeping your thumbnails of a dark color will help you to grab audience's attention. Most TH-cam users use light theme and your thumbnail will not be able to grab eyes of the viewer who might be searching for the topic your video is related to.
