I'm just surprised that you can sell any liquid perfumes and like bed and body works. Because in each state, if you do sell it and it's out of gate, they could turn around and see you. I'm just saying I work a good will and. Goodwill cannot sell any kind of perfumes, body works. Whatsoever due to the dead is overdue. Or I'll not ever do. And in this state, which you sell any kind of colognes Or a bed in body works. And you sell it any salad, and they have a rib. Third trick reaction to it to skin issues you could be sued
That girl was right, you and Jess both look considerably younger than your ages. I heard her mention in a different video how old she is. Newer subscriber, still trying to catch up on all of your previous videos. Enjoying your channel and learning some tips that will help when going garage saling and having our own garage sales in the future. It's nice to see many of the sales you go to have decent prices and/or will take reasonable offers. Quite a few garage sales around a few towns we live near, in MT, have pretty high prices. You have so much patience and are really polite, both of you. That's one thing I appreciate about you guys and a few other picker channels I am subscribed to. I have around 2400 square feet with 12 foot ceilings that i use two mini split units. They heat perfectly fine and are extremely quiet. Plus, the electric bill hasnt shot up too much. I would go that route again if we had to!
That's good to know. Good chance that is the way we are going too.
You've already come quite a way. You might consider a coat of paint or two before loading up those shelves. It can make a surprising difference in your energy to work in a finished space.

You missed what looked to be some nice vintage cameras at the sale with the digital camera.
I was thinking the same thing. The SLR and the rangefinder were probably better resale than the digital depending on the make/models.
Just wanna share 1 of my many awesome finds today at this bin store in my town, I couldn't believe it. A genuine mercedes benz illuminated led grille front badge brand new. paid $3 and it will easily sell for $250.

Love the new space but you may want to install a fridge and oven because I’m guessing you’ll be out there more than the house. I bought $200 worth of perfumes today very high end stuff I have it all listed for over a thousand. Is it me or did the first lady resemble your wife.
Based on the video where you revealed the house and pole barn, I can see where Solar panels would be useful on your pole barn!! It would save you in power costs in the long run!
Might be worth looking into. The roof on both properties is surrounded by trees though, so I don't know how that would effect the panels access to the sun.

Great picks on those late sales. You just never know what kind of buyer has been there and how much time they spent looking, I guess! Congratulations on your new "Estate'" it is fabulous and looks like it has everything you'll need for a very long while.
I do have a question. Why is it that you are putting the shelves directly against the walls? In my mind, it would make more sense to place them a row's width away from the wall so that if you ever get large enough to have people pulling merchandise, they won't be tripping over each other or waiting for one to get out of the way. Even now, with you and Jess, I can see where you might be stumbling over each other if you will be storing current merch on those shelves.
Just my thoughts as an analytical individual who is also a former small business owner and then consultant!.

I’m trying to find a property similar to yours, but it doesn’t seem like I’ll be able to find one in this part of the country because they want too much money. I missed out on one a few years ago and I’ve been kicking myself ever since.
Yeah, there were some lower cost options with older homes that I passed on over the last couple years that I should have jumped on. So, I know the feeling. Hopefully, something in your price range pops up soon!
@@propicker they are a lot easier to find in your state. I just found one that has a building like yours and it’s over half the price of the cheapest one I can find in my state, or this entire part of the country so I might end up moving to your state.

Help me understand something. If the items in your death pile are valuable, why don't they get listed?
Ideally, they all would be listed. But, things don't always go according to plan when it comes to getting everything up. Also, a little bit of overbuying gives you a buffer for when sourcing slows down, so you still have additional items to list.
I need to list some stuff but I just keep buying 😂. I just do it for fun though and little extra money spend on hobbies. So not my main gig.

We usually keep our souring pretty local, so don't really make it up that way.
if something doesnt sell for a while, do u keep trying the price online, or keep trying to beat the lowest price ?
We run sales on items at various percents off based on how long they are listed. 5% off after 30 days... 20% after 90 days as examples.
Be very patient. Wait for the right buyer, don't lower the price for a good while.

I also do great on cameras even if they don’t work. People usually price them 5-10 bucks.

3:33 If you sell locally, always look up Kettle bells (especially at her prices).. for a while there they were impossible to find ... when shortages were happening.. but they are usually worth their weight if not more.. of course brand and weight matter.. some new ones are adjustable weight and those are pretty penny too..
