Epic Pro Picker Moment- I want to go with the huge Disney deal, but the epic moment has to be the lady trying to explain that she has VHS movies lol. I was really excited to see what she was going to pull out
Good find on the monorails. I find and flip them about once a year for the last 10 years or so. I still have the golden gate bridge stacked somewhere in a deep pile in my garage.

My sales dipped horribly yesterday, I posted about it - How were your sales yesterday?
That reminds me of this one buy I made years ago with all these random expensive disney snow globes. I wasn't even really flipping anymore at that point doing the whole corporate thing. Ran into a garage sale and bought a bunch of these super intricate ones. We even sent them all UPS pack and ship and still made a killing. Wish I had been recording back then.
Just saw a bentwood coat rack. They come apart and sell for over$350 plus shipping.

I’m glad you scored on the Disney stuff,But that’s what gets me some times because when not just you but all I have watched, And really your not as bad as some of the other ones!But when you know your going to make really good I think you all should pay up because even though they have it in a yard sale they want to make a little money to! And they don’t think that they are selling to some one that’s going to resell their stuff! So they put a low price usually
Thanks for watching, Tony. Even if they were all complete there was a risk of the trains not working. Thankfully, they do. But, really I wasn't sure how much I was making on it all until I got home.
End of the day, everyone involved was content and happy with it. The only place these items are worth even close to this much is ebay and similar platforms. Which I have the processes, risk tolerance, and labor to get them listed on there.

Typically, on the weekends. Some areas of the U.S. like mine start on Thursday and go through the weekend.

Lol. I thought the same thing. Like almost staged It mite be because he goes so early rite Sometimes he gets to good of a deal. Maybe they contact him. He splits the sell on eBay with them. Never know
I edit around people the best I can in my videos. Sometimes, it's unavoidable and you'll see a bunch of people. I also try to find the sales that are less likely to have a ton of people. I appreciate you watching!

Why do * certain* resellers always ask for a lower proce at a garage sale? Especially when they know they will make a ton of money? Can't the person selling make a few bucks? Some re sellers feel theu need to make more than 4 times the money!! !

Negotiating at yard sales is normal. I keep product cost low. This allows me to put food on my table. Buying stuff at yard sales isn't some cash machine. It requires a lot of time and energy. There are also risks involved. Keeping your inventory costs low helps to minimize various risk such as returns, buyer fraud, items not working when you get them home, etc. I do have morals. I am honest in my dealings. I never force anyone to accept my offers.

I think you misunderstood. I said "3 for 5" when they were 2 dollars a piece. Which is literally asking for a one dollar discount. Yes, I have to earn more money to make up for the lack of benefits. Which is kind of a good point on why I need to protect my profits by negotiating when I buy.

I didn't know exactly what I would make right away. Getting lower prices reduces my risk. Who knows if I would have got them home and they didn't work.
I don't know why you feel it's some kind of an insult that I don't have a traditional retirement plan. I could easily go get a corporate job again if I wanted and work less hours. I choose not to.
