He might be the best singer period. I am not saying that he is, but a very good case could be made for him. He took one of the most difficult songs to sing, sang it in a key that is impossible for most male singers, and did it with what appears to be relative ease. What can this man do as his voice reaches maturity (28-32 for males) and when the limits of his voice are tested?

For those who love Dimash, another must see singer is Zhao Shen from China. Because of his small stature, feminine disposition and voice, he was often bullied in school. Never thinking that he had what it takes to be a singer, he went tot he Ukraine to become a dentist. While there, he was convinced that he did have a great singing ability, thus transferred his major to music. Thank goodness he did. You should check out his performance called Dalabengba, he sings 5 different characters and 4 speed in that song, it is a very fun and special song and really hard to sing, but he did perfectly, and i think there are a lot of vocal techniques to talk about in that song but i never saw an vocal coach react to that.

Those people think there was a joke but all the bullying were start with a simple joke. Don't you think? People used to called him names..... because of that he didn't sing in front of people for a long time and he even tried to tone down his voice when he speaks. It takes a long time for him to accept his own voice again and gets where he is now. He has studied Dentistry in Ukraine when he was young but because of the language barriers, he changes to studied Classical music there instead. His goal is to combine Classical and Pop music together to introduce to those who didn't know what Classical music is. His vocal range is very wide and his breath control is very good. He is a polite, funny, and humble guy. He can sing at least over 10 different languages. He can even sing 6 different voices in one song. His music has so many different genres. If you are willing to dig into his performances, you will be amazed by his talents. A lot of music can heal people's bodies but not many can heal people souls. Zhou Shens voice never changed when he hit puberty, he is 26/27 here. You should listen to him and Sa Dingding sing Upwards to the moon, they sing way higher than this.

He has a really unique voice~ I can't stand high pitch. Almost every singer i listen to, whenever they try to sing a really high note, it's like they're trying to break my eardrums or something. It's just so unpleasant. But Zhou Shen can reach a really, really high note and still sounds so clear and angelic and instead of hurting my ears, he actually makes me feel emotional even when i don't understand the language he's singing in (he can do like a dozen languages). There's just this mysterious kinda magical energy in his voice, so I really love that part of him~ 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
@@teresialeonardi It is why I like Zhou Shen more than the others. Zhou Shen's voice has a very characteristic soft texture that does not pierce your eardrums but instead gently massages it. Dimash has the command of the wind and his voice has a very airy operatic texture to it. At times, his operatic register is too strong and overwrites the song and/or the other singers.

Dimash is considered most versatile singers nowdays then put him the best male singer by many vocal coach and music producers , not just HIGH notes. You are listening to Zhou Shen’s singing with a judgement mind and compared Zhou Shen with Dimash. Dimash IS NOT number one. Dimash is Dimash. And Zhou Shen is his own-self. No disrespect to Dimash either but I had listen to one and only one of his song, which he was duet with Li Yugang and i have to say Dimash wrecked that beautiful song. I am not sure why peoples keep comparing Zhou Shen with Dimash. They are each one individual with their own singing technic. I hope people will have more respect to Zhou Shen because I sure am has tremendous respect for his singing technic and his ability in languages. Have a wonderful day.

@@annsouren Oh I know. I understand there's no disrespect in your comment, you looked so excited after all and it's really contagious~ That was just a rant on my part. And yes!! He has a really unique voice~ I can't stand high pitch. Almost every singer i listen to, whenever they try to sing a really high note, it's like they're trying to break my eardrums or something. It's just so unpleasant.
But Zhou Shen can reach a really, really high note and still sounds so clear and angelic and instead of hurting my ears, he actually makes me feel emotional even when i don't understand the language he's singing in (he can do like a dozen languages). There's just this mysterious kinda magical energy in his voice, so I really love that part of him~ 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

It is why I like Zhou Shen more than the others.
Zhou Shen's voice has a very characteristic soft texture that does not pierce your eardrums but instead gently massages it.
Dimash has the command of the wind and his voice has a very airy operatic texture to it.
At times, his operatic register is too strong and overwrites the song and/or the other singers.
@@possumsam2189 Right?? Dimash can't pull off what ShenShen can. The first time I heard of Dimash was because of the comparison people made with Zhou Shen, so I went searching about him. He's a good singer, he has a really nice voice, but the moment he hit that high note? I yeeted out of there so fast Barry Allen won't be able to keep up with me. My poor ears...

Dimash is considered most versatile singers nowdays then put him the best male singer by many vocal coach and music producers , not just HIGH notes. You probably ignored his beautiful rich low notes that most male singers even can not reach.

@Ann Souren. First of thank you for listen to Zhou Shen singing. I respected you as a vocal coach and eager to listen to your analysis of Zhou Shen’s vocal technic in this beautiful song. BUT, as soon as you say “Dimas number two”, I stopped the video and going no further with listen to your analysis. You are listening to Zhou Shen’s singing with a judgement mind and compared Zhou Shen with Dimash. Dimash IS NOT number one. Dimash is Dimash. And Zhou Shen is his own-self. Zhou Shen has not in the pass nor the present nor the future copying or using singing technic like Dimash. He has always used his own singing technic and his own vocal skills to paint each of his song. So YES, Zhou Shen is Zhou Shen. NOT Dimash number two. Please have some respect for this skillful artist- Zhou Shen. I prefer to him as “ artist” because he is not only sing the songs but also paint the song beautifully with his vocal.
