Bad Romance was written mostly by Lady gaga, and Co-written by the producer Redone, Gaga also co-produced the song.
Redone is Swedish but he's not involved in this song at all, nor any songwriter in this song has written for Gaga, let alone have "done" any album. She's the creative force in the songwriting and all her stuff, so don't be out there misinforming lol

In the chorus I just thought that they sounds exactly the same. Even the OOOH thing is pretty similar. Wow.

I did some testing, and here's the results:
1. They are practically in the same tempo, just a few beats apart.
2. The chorus melody starts as the exact same, then a bit variation.
3. The chords are very similar, Gaga's chorus starts with F, G, Am, C then changes to F, G, E, Am and repeat.
This song goes with F, G, Am, G whole chorus.
4. But here is the best part: They are both in the same key
Somehow this doesn't feel like an accident, or then the writes miraculously managed to come up with the exact same song, just 12 or so years later.
I'm sorry to say that, but maybe it was actually an accident. It something that happens a lot in music. You start putting things together, and then, all in a moment, you have bad romance, creep, or something that has been created like a while before.

A ton of songs share the same chord progressions. Eventually nobody knows who sole it first, or from whom anymore. Yes, I'd say El Diablo shares quite a bit from BR. It's not just the chord progression. I'd say it's very inspired by BR. But i wouldn't call it stealing. They also have a lot of things that distinguish them apart from each other.
If Senhit managed to get this Flo Rida person to sing with her on stage, why not Elena can't get Lady Gaga to do the same thing as well?

Completely agree and I was trying to guess what song it reminded me of when I heard El Diablo the first time. Then I remembered "Bad Romance". Nothing new!!!
