- There is a high probability that you are exhausted and worn due to the trials this year has introduced. Amid all the weariness, learn why you can rejoice in the gift of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior.
I am weary. I lost my sweet, beautiful Daddy a week ago today. I am so blessed to be secure in the knowledge that he is now in Heaven, because I never knew another man who loved Jesus as much as my dad did. He was not afraid.
Parkinson’s has riddled his body over the past decade, he was only able to shuffle his feet, he fell a lot, and the past few weeks he was not even able to stand...but when he left this world, I know my daddy did not stumble or feel faint. He absolutely RAN into Jesus’s open arms!!
These things are such a comfort, but this world is ever darker without him. I hate being without him. I hate that my heartbroken mama now has to learn to live without him-almost 49 years of marriage. Oh, how I hope Jesus calls up his Bride SOON!!!
I'm so sorry for your loss. I feel your pain. I lost my daddy in 2009. He also loved the Lord, so much. He reflected our Heavenly Father's love very well, and I miss him so much. It was quite an adjustment for my mom too, very painful to watch. I experienced both her pain and my own.
I wish my dad was here for these last days, but in a way, I'm so glad he's with the Lord. Just remember everything he taught you, and cherish your mother and surround her with love and support. And remember your heavenly Father, as you remember your father in Heaven. Prayers and hugs to you my friend.💗🙏
May our Lord Jesus Christ give you peace and comfort that your Dad is seeing Him face to face, and as king David was certain he was going to see his newborn baby again, you take that promise to you, as the Lord promises are the only ones that you can count on it.
GOD bless and keep you Sullybride....sad times ...but GOD...the KING is coming soon and you will see your Daddy again...sadly I have lost both my parents and neither were believers so I am not expecting to meet them in heaven....how wonderful to have a Dad who loved the LORD.

You are holding on to God's truth, and it will comfort you during your grieving period. One day, you will be with your dear father again, only this time you will see him in his glorified body. How wonderful that will be! He is with our beloved Savior and is at great peace. Jesus is holding him and rewarding him, for believing in Him. He has gone to the place that Jesus prepared for him. I know it is hard for you now, since you miss him terribly. There is a time that will end, hold fast to that truth. God Bless.

I have been suicidal. Tried twice. I am so happy to hear this message because as a Christian I am ashamed of that. Seems like it was someone else. But God saved me, gave me back my hope and trust and to fall in LOVE WITH HIM ALL OVER AGAIN.

Oh how I needed to hear this today after a family dispute on last night Christmas Eve after I suggested reading Luke's gospel of the birth of Jesus. Couldn't sleep so got up and listened to this. I am weary of fighting to spread the truth and being bombarded on all sides. As a cancer survivor on top of everything, I know suffering daily and life is so hard but thankfully I have the blessed hope of one day being with my Savior and King, if only He'd return today!

None of us knows how long we have on this earth. The only opportunity we are guaranteed to have is right now...
A: Admit you have Sinned
“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

It is tough to admit that we are wrong. Even before God, we feel we are basically good, and we would like to think we are never as bad as some... we are ALL sinners and can never be good enough to earn our own way to heaven. Jesus spoke to the scribes and Pharisees saying,
“Serpents, brood of vipers! How can you escape the condemnation of hell?”
-Matthew 23:33
They believed that faithfully following rituals and traditions would get them into heaven. We are all like those scribes and Pharisees when we believe we can save ourselves from the death penalty by good works or following religious rituals and traditions. That path takes us to one place only... hell!
Please listen, there is a way to escape hell-
The ONLY WAY...
B: Believe on Jesus our Savior
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.”
-John 3:16-17
“So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”
-Acts 16:31
“And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the Name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, as He gave us commandment.”
-1 John 3:23
“For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” -Ephesians 2:8-9
Salvation is not complicated.
Jesus said, “Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it.”
- Mark 10:15
A child simply puts their trust (faith) in their parents protective arms. Likewise, we entrust our life to Jesus our Savior, believing on Him and His finished work on the cross. The Apostle Paul defined the message of the Gospel (good news) like this-
“...that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures,”
- 1 Corinthians 15:3-4
Jesus, the perfect, sinless lamb, the Son of God, laid down His life and took the death penalty meant for us, dying in our place (read Isaiah 53:6). He paid the debt we could not pay and redeemed us (bought us back) from the power of sin and death. (read John 1:29 / Galatians 3:13 / Romans 3:25)
C: Confess Jesus is Lord and Savior
“...that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
-Romans 10:9-10
“The LORD is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.”
-2 Peter 3:9
God fulfilled His promise, sending His one and only Son to die in our place. He has offered us a free gift-salvation, the forgiveness of sin, eternal life with Him in heaven. BUT…we must receive that gift. We must confess our sins (read 1 John 1:9 ) and proclaim our faith (belief) in the death, burial and resurrection of God’s only begotten son, our Savior Jesus. Confessing with our mouth requires an outward, public action, not a secret, hidden, timid faith. The Apostle Paul boldly proclaimed his faith so that others could hear and be saved. God’s plan of salvation is freely offered to everyone.
If you are not familiar with prayer, it is simply talking to God openly and honestly.
Remember, the Bible says we are saved by grace through faith. God sees our heart. We are not saved by simply saying some special words in a formal prayer. We are saved when we reach out by faith, admit our sin, repenting from believing our actions save us to belief in Jesus and His sacrifice for us, confessing Him as our Lord and Savior. Saving faith produces a forever changed life.
The Bible is God’s message to us. It’s readily available even online. Please read it.
Your death penalty has been paid- you have been pardoned...
The choice is yours to accept it or not. We’re all headed to one of two places - heaven or hell. Will you please accept the LORD’s gift of love today?

Jack, if you see this message, thanks for yours! I'll be listening again, don't worry. Uplifting, edifying, funny and to the point. Our dear Lord Jesus is coming back so soon. He came once and, He's coming again. One more time, and He's coming for His bride. Praise God! But we got things to do first, share His precious Word, share His wonderful salvation with the lost whilst we still have time. The days are short, the light is going, the darkness is almost here, but He comes back in the midst of that darkness, cos He is light and in Him is no darkness. Share the Word my brother with the lost, be filled with the Holy Spirit, walk closely with our Father, pray regularly, walk by faith not by sight. He is coming soon. Maranatha!
