These shoe model comparison series of yours are really good and jam packed with valuable information for any and all shoe buyers - few running stores has this level of knowledge about shoe models, making these videos even more valuable! A big thank you from me as always, for your excellent work :)
@@hackerwala4019 880 v12 owner here, i love them, never experienced such comfy shoes. I tried adidas ultraboost, energy boost, pureboost, nike pegasus, vomero, etc. You cant be wrong with 880 or 1080.
Thank you for the great work and detailed aspects on every single running shoe on all your videos...i hope many more people will join your amazing channel.
New Balance 880 is my favorite with the goretex and great for neutral feet. Unfortunately I overpronate so I tried the 860. The 860 is better for my overpronation but does not come in goretex. I will try 840 next.
Good morning. Excellent description about the NB. For ever, I remember the NB 890. But today, I prefer the NB fuelcell Rebel v4. Like from Spain 🇪🇸. Cheers.
It would be so helpful for our runners if you'd keep the comprehensive shoe map up so we can see which ones you're reviewing currently and we can skip to the ones that fit our settings.
Was thinking of getting these new new balance shoes, for daily training, but after watching this.. doesnt feel like NB would be good this time around. Had 1080v11
Honestly ..New Balance is a bad Saucony and bad Asics combined. For example, what they have done with the 1080. Now consider Triumph 22 and Nimbus! Those 2 are elite because the shoe makers knew that the magic of cushioned shoes can only be enjoyed with a nice heel drop.
@@bigelliot I also don't like very high heel drop shoes as I have knocking knees, low arch and flat feet. So I too prefer low drop shoes. For me, the Brooks Ghost Max 1 is what did the trick because it had the right heel drop, the right cushion and just the right pop (responsiveness) to make me happy even when I ran faster.
I just got into the running shoe rabbit hole. You are a god send sir!

880v14 is the best running shoe for me so far.
I'm planning to get this for everyday wear, I do a lot of standing and walking. Do you suggest this?

The ffx 840v1 is a ffx more v3 with a changed upper.
Where would the new Balos fit into this scheme? Maybe branch off of the 1080v13 and create another springy/bouncy/yellow shoe?
Which model would you recommend for supination?
I’d like to see a video just on the 4 budget options.
I guess I'll just keep buying Fresh Foam 880 v14s I love them!
Hope you'll get your absolutely deserved hundred thousand views on each video really soon
Everytime i think of shoe...these guys make a video for it! 😂😂

You really don’t need a high stack height to utilize carbon plate propulsion. If you’re bending it with you’re stride, it should spring you in release
Disagree
very underrated channel
so the first shoe is the best for daily runner with a weekly mileage of 30kms?
Great video as always! Please do one on Puma too.
how about balos?
hard to tell. need to test
I love kaiha road x more than x more v3.

Propel V4 Can be used for half marathon?
All shoes are proper for Marathon. It depends on runner. Please check our video "how to select running shoes?", this question is covered.

you are a stupid clown
As a fan of zero drop shoes, I agree with you. There's essentially no point in a 40mm hell stack if you're a forefoot striker.
