The cost of medical care depends on where you live. My wife and I rescued a kitten from a hedge, he had his left eye hanging out, he had a skin disease, fleas, internal parasytes and was malnourished and the cost of bringing him back to good health (including the removal of the compromised left eye) was the equivalent of about 300 USD over the course of a year. We live in Eastern Europe. That was in 2015. Now he's a handsome 6 kilo tomcat and we love him to bits, as does our CHihuahua.

These two men have been so loving to a helpless creature. And it's clear they've been so rewarded by the cat in return. These three souls deserve each other.

OMG. This little tortured soul just arrived at the 2 humans’ door. It is not coincidental. These 2 humans are true SAINTS. With all medical bills and 24 hours care, you didn’t only save his life but gave him HOME.

To the helpless ones they're selfless life savers with unending love and care and for the selfish human beings, an extraordinary example of what love looks like in action. To the parents that raised you both, the world owes a debt of gratitude and to you both, thank you, you certainly know how to make a woman cry.

Reminds me of my sweet Kitty. It used to be when we first came home, small and scrawny, being chased by a neighbor's adult cat. For some reason, I simply took him in and cared for him. When he grows up well, a lot of people like him. But he's been missing for three weeks, not knowing where he's been, stolen or lost. Till now I still hope he comes back. I miss it
@Deddy Rush have you tried printing some posters/flyers and giving them around the neighbourhood? Also, if you have social media, you could try placing an advert. Good luck, I hope he/she comes back.

But be positive just keep looking for your cat, Also walk everyday around your neighborhood and put attention to all the houses believe me there’s crazy people living around us, don’t trust all of them. Also driving is another way take someone with you to see better under the cars. Don’t give up on your cat. Probably feeling sad scare and missing you

Well, you can be on. I can be one. Do what we can to save these animals. There is lot of cats and dogs that needs help is on the street right front of us. On day, my mother saw a cat in front of a market looks unwell. The cats hisses when people near him. My mother wanted to help the cat, but she need others help. While there where people who have cars and rich come to the market but no one cared about that cat. Well, you may see some but you may have thought that others will look for it. So what I'm trying to say that when you blame others for not caring animals or abusing animals, do what you can even if that's little.
I now believe in angels and you guys fit the role. You both are amazing and that is one lucky kitten. I guess it was faith that put her at your door. I have 3 rescued cats and they are the best part of my life.

Мой тоже такой был грязный и блохастый. Когда первый раз мыли вода вся в крови была. Блошили и глистовали почти месяц. Зато теперь наглая рыжая морда в восемь месяцев уже три кг весит))) шкодный такой ребенок растет))) лежит сейчас рядом и мурчит.

Nice work guys! It's a shame about losing his eye, but the really great thing is that animals adapt so quickly. As long as they're not in pain, and loved (as this little fella obviously is) they're as happy as larry and, unlike us humans, they don't dwell on the negative stuff. A lesson we would all benefit from learning.

I've had a stray cat for years and the vet finally diagnosed him as totally blind from birth (congenital). Despite this, he has a great life.

This was better than a suspense novel.......I was totally stressed out.
The guys were so committed to getting him well. Whiskers was fortunate to take his nap at just the right garage door.

Nice work guys! It's a shame about losing his eye, but the really great thing is that animals adapt so quickly. As long as they're not in pain, and loved (as this little fella obviously is) they're as happy as larry and, unlike us humans, they don't dwell on the negative stuff. A lesson we would all benefit from learning.
