Haven't ridden this for nearly 7 yrs. It was quite possibly the worst coaster I have ever ridden. Been on almost 50 coasters to date. It was so rough. The new trains make this coaster look so much better. Will be in Vegas all next week. I'm going to give it another chance when Im there.
I was just on this coaster last week, and I can attest that it is still jerky as hell! I did it at night as well, and while the views were great! But getting banged around in that barrel roll sucked!! I told my friend flat out there was no chance I was getting back on that, and I usually love coasters, but this one is a nope for me!!
I believe some transitions were also slightly reprofiled. In addition it's now 1 of 3 coasters left in Las Vegas. Seeing how there used to be 5 there are less attractions that people younger than 21 can do on the thrilling side. The line at the cash register was longer (and slower) than the ride for the line during the day when families are looking for something to do.
I just stayed at the NY, NY hotel just last week but didn't get the chance to go on the Coaster; I was able to see it from my room window, however - it was a great view of the climb before the descent.
The new lap bar restraints are WAY better than the old over-the-shoulder ones back in the day. The heartline roll used to hurt so much with the old restraints, but now you hardly feel anything. The jerkiness is a lot more managable now and I love it now.
Can I record a video on this roller coaster with a GoPro camera? I clarify that I can use a harness in which the camera is securely attached to my chest.

Definitely worth a try, comfier trains, and a little track reprofiling. Price is a little steep, maybe hit the casino on your way in 😂
I might see you lol I’m at the NYNY the same week you are
How waa it the second time?
We need an update, how was it? I went on at around same time and it was not a great experience but fun still

That ride looks great!!
A bit expensive for a coaster, but a unique experience nonetheless!
How did this went from the worst rollercoaster to the most decent rollercoaster?

Would you be open to letting us use a clip from this video in our Fallout New Vegas documentary? We could not find an email to contact you.
Sounds good, if you could link us or throw us in the credits that would be great! 👍 Thanks for reaching out.
@@CoasterHabitat no problem!
Perfect view at 2:00
That still lokks alright. Are there many Togo coasters left in the USA?
This is the last one in operation.
This is the only TOGO left on North America
@@CoasterHabitat Wow. I wonder if they're keeping it because it's the last one, then.
Most likely because it still generates good revenue. 25$ for the first ride 😬
@@CoasterHabitat Unbelievable.

It’s fun but it HURTS
I didn’t know this roller coaster sucked before?
A little rough but better than before.
Can I use this for a video if mine?
Yes if you give proper credit and try to split up the video into clips instead of using the full video
@@CoasterHabitat Im just adding audio for every bad transition so i kinda need to keep it
They need to take away that break run and let it ride itself out...
Can someone pls tell me what the safety harness is like is it waist, shoulders,or leather straps
Lap Bar with a soft harness collar that goes over your shoulders and clips to the lap bar.
