I do make ready design for power poles. I feel kinda bad calling out for things to be done because this is dangerous work. Kudos to all the brave men out there doing this kind of work.
Great vid. 5:15 looks like a solid copper door on the left(for 100 or 200 amp cutout), standard polymer cutout in the center, and a loadbreak cutout on the right. It looks like there is a fault tamer secured to the pole about where the braces attach to the pole. The super high current(600-900 amp) bypass switches that I have are pretty hard to release especially with low tension wire or a poorly secured crossarm. They probably need wd40. Edit: Ones mentioned are my trunnion mounted ones but I also have some on cutouts(different than solid door) and both are hard to release.
