@@jhundoblack is a catch all term for all melanated ppl. We can be culturally and ethnically different and still be black. One aspect is, it's just a label put on us based on our skin color and another aspect is a camaraderie based on how we view each other. That one is more cultural. That's why he doesn't identify with being black. He probably isn't culturally black, but clearly he falls into the skin color designation.

Slavery happened all over Latin America so you can be 70% African descent or more and be fully Latino because that's an ethnicity. He has two black Mexican parents. Guerrero Mexico has mixed indigenous and black population some people look more black than anything.
