There are no accidents in the ways of God! I did not plan on finding this video… I am not even sure I searched for it. Came over on a feed while looking for a Christian song. We studied this tonight in our Bible class! To hear it again in such depth and glory,along with the video was so moving. Praise be the our Father in heaven and his beloved son Jesus Christ our Savior!
That centurion supposedly was St Longinus, who converted to Christianity along with 2 other soldiers who were there. He preached about Christ, was persecuted and tortured and later killed. He was the centurion who gave Jesus the 5th wound to His body on the cross. When he wielded the spear, it is believed water and blood flowed from Jesus's body and the centurion got some in his eyes--and his poor vision was healed. Longinus is considered a saint in the Greek and Eastern Orthodix churches.

This Roman centurion probably was the one who told Jesus Christ himself about his sick servant. But not worthy for him to come to his house but he can actually speak a healing power and his own servant will be healed.
