It depends on the requirements if you are thinking for placement then some companies allow you to sit in the exam and if you want to do some research then it is also good as it has direct tier up with many IIT where you can go and further study without giving any exam for admission in IIT only you have to appear for interview and maintain more than 8 cgpa.
