Will I be able to change my branch ( I missed adv by 9 marks in drop year ,self study) CRL -79, 200 Obc- 23, 800 I am also getting NIT AGARTALA in CSAB (Production/biotech) ,last yaer I had 76%ile Worked hard in drop year but should have taken coaching I will work 4,5 hours daily ( will I be able to change my branch if I get civil in CSAB? ) or should I get Agartala production/ biotech I am from middle class family .. Placement is main concern.......
@@adityasinghhere yes you can upgrade your branch after one year based on your 1st year cgpa (to get CSE you have to get more than 9.4 and for ECE above 9 actually it depends on the performance of your batch also ). Every year 25-30 students upgrade their branch .
It had added so many things in it in last 25 years that, I felt like watching something extremely different from college of days. Still lovely watching and thanks for update.
My house is inside the NIT campus, it has a beautiful view, then I become very good friends with the students who come from outside, sometimes we used to eat food with them in their hostel itself.
Gave jee & neet this year... after josa counseling got into nit silchar, cse... but my neet score is on the borderline... now I'm thinking should I take a drop or go for btech 🙂

Will it badly affect our studies and do u know about msc chemistry course there.. i would like to take admission there but the flood situation makes me afraid since I'm from south india i can't come back home all the time .. so could u please say about how many times nit silchar will get affected due to flood per year. And is silchar the only nit which gets affected due to serious flood conditions among all north east nits?
The campus is not at all affected by flood any year. You can use airways if any worst situation happens since the airport is not very far from the campus.

I take nit silchar cs so that i can go far away from my home pune. Nut silchar is approx 3000km away from pune and this is the best decision of my life. I am getting nit nagpur and lower branch but i chose cs in silchat.
After staying for 7 years at NIT Silchar, I cannot stop myself to watch this video. I miss that place, has a very special place in my heart.
