You need to have Winter Tyres in the Mountains in Turkey. We didn't know what is winter tyre.We had the Summer Tyres as usual. So we had to buy the Tyre Chains to help us climb the mountains and its also needed for descending. If you apply breaks you will keep sliding down and not able to stop. The acceleration picks up an in no time you fall off the cliffs. It is therefore very important to have either Winter Tyres of Wheel Chains.

Thats what i was thinking :-) Sheikh sb has shown us all the roads but no info about other things like navigation, immigration visa etc. for trip by air i know you need reservations and visa etc but how about a road trip. we need to know about this :-) . as for driving is concerned, you need an international driving license that you can get in major cities like lahore and peshawar islmbd etc. Left right doesnt make any difference. i have personal experience, i was apprehensive in the beginning but when you sit behind the wheel, and drive along with the traffic, you dont feel any change. so dont worry about that.

Brother whats the total amount you spent including fuel and toll charges from spain all the way to pakistan. ? ? I travelled from uk to barcelona by car and i paid almost €500 for TOLL CHARGES, Or about €250 OR SO TOLL CHARGES ALONE APART FROM FUEL ETC each way
