The good news is the peso is now P56 to $1 which is great for people building or getting ready to build like me this year. Some predicting it going to P60 but that remains to be seen. Will you go solar?

the kitchen water and shower go to the septic tank also but for those I have a grease trap outside before it goes to the septic tank
I believe the house is about 170 sq meter and what is the estimated budget for the total build? Will you add vents for your soffitt?
Total estimate is 4.25 M P - no vents in soffitts -

No solar but I am thinking about getting a power wall battery type that can last 3 days

Probably 2000 - depends how close to the city. I got mine for 1100 but further out in mabini
