Buying and selling property in US and Canada was such a breeze compared to buying in PV, but it was all worth it in my opinion. PV is such a gem but you have to have the patience of a saint to work through the process to obtain your piece of paradise.
Perhaps in 4- 6 years? (I'll still need to do a few more 6- 7 figure deals, first... then maybe semi- retirement, at 60- 62? But that place looks like it would ultimately get me: "into trouble?!" LOL...) @@ElenaNevza

@@tidy I am from Vancouver :) my best advice is - visit the place you want to live in and see if it's the right pace for you. PV has always been my place, so navigating the bureaucracy is much easier because I love it here. It's not easy to make the move, but it's worth it in the end. Good luck!

@@hoppeanofasgard1365 Punta de Mita is home to many extravagant villas that are frequently visited by celebrities and billionaires. The home for $28,000,000 is a huge estate consisting of a main house and 2 guest homes. It's quite spectacular! But $28,000,000 is a bit much in my view :)

Well there is a $28,000,000 home in Punta de Mita 🥰 but that is not on the MLS. That one is the highest price I have seen so far.
