@@lanatria the Speedo from the Beta Bikes are very accurate tested it myself and IT only shows 3km/h more than gps
They are little wheelie machines feels like your on an 85 I worked at a shop and the youngsters loved them same engine but Aprilia

Have you changed anything on the bottom end?
Yeap. Polini crank and bearings and crank seals. Also the clutch must be replaced with reinforced one.
Do you mean when i buy a athena sport is ok or is the racing krank more better
It is always better to install stronger crank first and then install a cylinder kit.

Cylinder: Voca bestia 80cc( came out last week)
Reeds: top performance(same as vforce but cheaper) with 5mm spacer
Carb: pwk 28mm Voca
And im changing the original transmission from a 12 teeth to a 15 teeth
Exhaust: Voca roockie 50/70cc (i already had it)

I think you need an exhaust 70/80
Boas também sou de Portugal e tenho uma sherco 50 sm rs, se tu colocares esse escape voca 50 70, que por acaso também tenho igual, com um kit 80 não vai dar rendimento por isso aconselho te um escape ou 70 80 ou 80 90.

The bike costed me 1500euro. And the tunning costed around 2000euro. Sounds crazy but you can see the prices of the parts.
Longer gearing should make it go a bit faster

Better exhaust, port the block and cilinder, bigger sprocket front, smaller rear and a new ignition kit

No it is not. The power is too much for stock crank.

@@2strokemforiginal crankshaft is the best one if it doest have over 20k kilometers and dont have clearance. Someone has 77big racing on their original crankshaft and that has over 23horsepower and that athena has 14-16hp with 21mm carburetor and racing exhaust so you can ride with orginal crankshaft, but it would be some racing crankshaft but dont need.

yes
D50b0 has better transmission and better crankshat. Also the derbi engine has more tuning potential because it can be filed more. he cylinders are similar in power tho.

Man you don’t know what you are talking about. Speedo has 2 options 2255 for enduro tyres and 2000 for supermoto. Bike’s speedo is calibrated so you can shut the fuck up and come and see how fast is this beta.
