If you have over heating issues, take those grill inserts out. Be amazed how much those cut airflow to the radiator.

I run. Napa gold or wix filters. Shell Rotella 15w40 with a bottle of Lucas oil stabilizer in my 4.0s

Not sure, never kept track of it before with the old engine. When it’s empty, I fill it up.
