I’m from PAMPANGA! Did you know that the Province of PAMPANGA is the CULINARY AND CHRISTMAS CAPITAL of the Philippines. When they hear Pampanga the first thing that comes in their mind is SISIG, because SISIG is originated here. Aling Lucing is the girl who created the dish is also known as SISIG QUEEN. As of now ALING LUCING RESTAURANT is expanded and had a Restaurant from different part of Pampanga. I dont know if they had a franchise from different Provinces of the Philippines.
only tourist from Manila can afford to eat in restaurants in Pampanga. The locals of pampanga just eat in food shops that sell food that is not even good. The branding of Pampanga as a food capital made food expensive and the locals only get to eat BREAKfast food for lunch and dinner.
@@eduardochavacano I beg to disagree with your opinion. I'm a local of Pampanga and we usually dine 3-4x a week at a restaurant... Kapampangan's just love to cook and eat all the time perhaps that's the reason why we were called food capital... If you happened to visit the place, let me know, I might treat you with a good lunch or dinner with an authentic Kapampangan dishes. :) God bless bro.
Pampanga was the Nuevo Mexico of the Philipines during Spanish era. Mexican immigrants brought a lot of influence to our food and cultures. Many Kapampangans are mestizos because of the many Mexican immigrants settled in Pampanga. Including my grand dad in Pampanga who look like he's from a latin country. More power to your channel!
