Sir Ji NH four Len par obccc1 DC site hai kitna investment lug sakta minimum.canopi bad me lagayege kya Nhai se noc mil jaayegi.
Around 1.20cr except land,filling and boundary walls. Without a canopy you will get the final noc.

One location one application. You can apply as many if you have other land options as well.
