"living like I did in high school", so eating the same meals and snacks, doing the same activities and instead of going to school you can set up a little mini school in your room and do the same work you did in high school (math, essays, science worksheets etc).

You should spend a whole day with each family member. Like one day you venture out with Chloe and another with your Mom and so on. Just eating the foods they like and going to the shops they like. Even adapting to their schedules. It'd be a day in the life..... but a day in each others lives.

I haven't had that nice a Christmas in years on end. My family has always been a bit dysfunctional. And the older everyone gets, the more they are. And me, the never married old maid sister, well, you get the picture. Anyway, it was so sweet how your parents reacted I love your family. It's nice to have you guys to watch, and feel like I am part of it all.

Grace, your parents are to be commended for doing parenting right. It's such a joy to see a household of adult siblings who get along well with each other and their parents. Christmas can be stressful when you're an adult because you feel more obligated to be with family then actually joyful about it. You have a lovely family and that's because of the way you were raised.

With all the chaos going on in the world and events happening in my life at the moment. This honestly made me forget about the madness for 22 minutes and left me feeling a warm cosy Christmassy feeling....thank you Grace! As I know feel a bit calmer!
I agree. Celebrating Christmas at any time of the year is a great suggestion for helping get through the pandemic and isolation. After seeing this, I got out my holiday mugs and made some hot chocolate.

I can’t believe it, I have that exact Christmas cushion that you pulled out of the cupboard first! Made me feel so nostalgic , my grandmother gave it to me years ago and we bring it out every year. I’m 23 as well and I love it when sometimes like totally random things we have in common even though we have completely different families/backgrounds.
