Balanced? If you say so. The blonde lady commentator accused England 🏴 Team of playing in an “arrogant” style, “as if they thought they were playing better than they were” (????); Bellingham apparently had a “reasonable” game “I suppose” against Serbia. Richie even caught himself at one point (ironically during a segment summarizing the France / Austria match) “here we are, ‘crowbarring’ a way to have a go at 🏴 “ (smiles all around). This is the 🇮🇪 national broadcaster. I get it that there is a complex history between 🇬🇧 and 🇮🇪 - and I am sure they are a bit sore that even with the expanded format, 🇮🇪 have not qualified, but this sort of “analysis” is definitely not balanced - and at a certain point there would seem to be a moment when one might set this aside during Sport. It just seems really provincial to (admittedly) an outsider.
@@brooklyniron1999 It’s not like the English pundits had good things to say either, England are the favourites, and are not performing. When I watch the likes of ESPN or sky sports and the Shilling they do it’s hard to pretend they are better. On top you have BBC/ITV with all the woke box ticking it’s a very rough watch. Roy keane is the best of uk TV and that brings me right back to saying Irish pundits are better!
@@rggiampaglia I cited 3 specific examples of partisan and non-balanced comments from RTE in one segment. You just gave me “whataboutary” and a rather scattered description of how you’d like to feel about this. You obviously feel bad that England are in the Tournament - and Ireland are not - would to feel like 🇮🇪 > 🏴 at something. I am afraid I can’t help you anymore.
Richie Sadler is incredibly dour. Hamann brought up a good point about the extra time because inconsistent application can affect matches going forward in the competition and he totally missed the opportunity to build an interesting discussion!
Do you want to discuss the pushing and diving by the Croatians NOT to also mention the disgusting behavior by Croatia fans throwing plastic cups on the field in the direction of Italian players. How about you answer those questions?
@@VeniVidiVici456 you wanna talk have almost none of those should have benn fouls or have the italians did the same thing but didnt get shit for the same tackles
Why is everyone complaining about the 8 min extra time? Replay the game and count how many rough tackles Croatia commited as that was their strategy but In my opinion they have always played rough football, bit them in the end...
It was a tough draw but anyway, I feel that Croatia lacked urgency in all of their group matches. I found them to be the least entertaining team from Group B. Albania didn't have such quality but at least they were determined to go for it and play their best football. Italy only played so-so. They are a resilient side but one or two magic moments per game might not be enough in the playoffs. Spain was a level above all of them.
Irish pundits are so much more balanced than English
They're smarter

They are pathetic.

It wasn't 8 mins worth. Those were Qatari mins. Plenty of non-Croatian pundits stating similarly
Juranovic
Terrible defending for
Italys last minute goal
Wheres the bloody urgency and Man Marking
These players earn Millions
Yet cant even defend
Finally someone giving the Italians credit, 8 minutes was fine! Wasn't hefty at all. Lots of subs and stuff, loads!!
Bs
Wasted time was calculated 7 minutes and 35 seconds,so it the added time clear.
Absolutely heartbreaking stuff. But great analysis
the ref was leaning towards the Italian, key decision went Italys way, The 8 minutes was a joke.....
It was justified from all the fouls and yellow cards of Croatia.

Why don’t they stop the time when player walking off the pitch slowly or taking their time to throw ball in? Then restart timer
