I followed your guidance and purchase a GTIN-12 from USG1, but when I put it into the (new) listing format at Amazon, it said that the GTIN was too short, as they are requiring a GTIN-14. Nice tutorial. I noticed that lots of people are saying lately that Amazon FBA became saturated because they don't want you to take a piece of the cake.. It will never be saturated and there's always a room for new sellers. I started my Amazon journey two years ago and already crossed 150k\month. However lots of info is missing, I noticed everyone are just keeping the real methods to themselves. Your video is nice for beginners but that's all pretty much. I understood that after reading an ebook. No one is talking on how to outrank competitors listing (Which is basically the most important thing), how to gain traffic outside Amazon, how to do proper off page SEO etc..

@@danielrony4169 Im assuming you mean how to get the "Best Sellers" badge on your listing? The best sellers badge is specific to each sub-category, you have to be selling the most amount of units on a daily basis within your sub-category to get the Best Sellers badge. The book is Dominate AMZ asap

Sorry, but private label is where 90% of people go to fail! This is NOT recommended for beginners! So many people have lost so much money doing this! They should not do this until they have been doing well in selling on line for at least a year!
The real success rate on amazon is very low may be less than 0.001%, people are trying from all over the world , main profit maker is amazon, you have to advertise all the time, and it is very very expensive, and it is very haaaard to compete with the manufacturer as a middleman to sell on amazon. Amazon itself is selling all high-demand items, so my humble request to all new who want to start a business on amazon: please don't waste your hard earn money

Create a listing for your product => Then you have an FN SKU This presents a chicken/egg scenario. Do you just create a no-inventory listing, so you can obtain an FN SKU to send to the supplier?

I recently retired as elementary teacher, and I have bought a many learning games 90% others are puzzles, Legos, art for children who are primary grades. They are in top shape and complete because we used them very little. I honestly not interested in profit. I want to sell them, so the whole profit will go straight to "Dogs without Borders." I watched your videos, but very unsure if it is correct way to go about selling used learning games with Amazon FBA? Please give me your opinion.
If you want to donate the profit to Dogs without Borders, Amazon might not be the best place to sell those products, as they will take a chunk of your revenue in fees (unless you sell those while under the Individual Seller plan). Also, please note that if you want to list those products on Amazon, you will need to have invoices for these products

Can't thank you enough for this detailed guide and valuable information. Never thought I could get such content for free. So my question is: I have somewhere between 3k dollar I don't want to risk it and start the business then run out of money (I never trust the hidden expenses). So I've been thinking of applying all the strategies of finding the right product, marketing ect... On another more affordable selling on Amazon business to start with. (And it won't be dropshipping since the new Amazon policies. No way I can ship the item fast if I follow the new rules with would put the business automatically to failure). Hello! You are amazing for making this free content. 2 questions. When creating the product listing, “Number of Boxes” that the product will ship in. What does this mean? Like if we use your washable pee pads, would you say that is “1 box”? OR are they asking for the amount of skus you are sending in, how many boxes in total is that? Say you bought 500 reusable pee pads and its being shipped to Amazon in 5 boxes, would you put 5 here? Why do they have to make it so confusing lol Second question. For the variants, I have 2 skus of the same product but in different patterns. What variant option do people usually choose when the since pattern and color is not a variant option?
Yes, you would put the number of boxes you are shipping to Amazon (so in your example, 500 units in 5 boxes). Regarding your second question, we recommend checking that with the Seller Central support team 😊

Referring to 56:25, how would a customer provide an email from an insert that was requesting his/her email in the package? Would the insert refer the customer to a website or something? Can you please clarify? The reviews I think are common sense: the insert would just ask the customer to go to a certain URL online or your amazon page to give a review. Am I following this correctly?

Hello, once you purchase your barcodes how do you know if you need to use the bulk method you are referring to? Can you provide an example? Or if I purchased 3 barcodes for small/medium/large, would that be bulk?
Are you referring to buying UPC barcodes in bulk? If so, the rule of thumb is if you need or will need more than 8 barcodes, use the 2nd method but if you will need less, buy them per piece. For your example, since you will just need 3, it is not advisable to buy in bulk.

Bienvenido! We love an international seller who is thinking about market size. You are totally right, demand will not be the same - you need to adjust it based on the size of the market. Look at the Extension and Tracker data to gauge what sales have happened over the last 30 days and work with those numbers.

I am facing problem with my physical address verification, as Amazon sent a postal OTP code to my virtual USA address? And agent they are not sending me the OTP via email or scan? Further Amazon asking for USA identity document but I am a non resident. Please help
For address verification, Amazon will send the code to your registered address entered during the application process. If you have entered US details during the sign-up process, Amazon will require additional documents to verify this.

The 'traction' would depend on how aggressive you want to be with your PPC ads. And for average revenue, sorry about that but we do not have such information
Honest question here ... So , for someone who is fully committed and ready to begin utilizing jungle scout and has a good 5-8k to start, an LLC and resale/tax license, do you see 60 days as realistic time to have your first order/product shipped to Amazon for fba and ready to see sales occurring? I just ask because it seems your first 2-3 months $$$ towards your jungle scout subscription and your Amazon store fee will be wasted
I believe that will be ample time to do product research, however, since the fourth quarter is coming expect that there are gonna delays on the shipment of your product to the FBA warehouse.

You will need to select "UPC" from the dropdown menu for the 12 digits GTIN you purchased from GS1.

An individual seller account is free to create, but you'll pay a commission of $0.99 for every sale that you make on Amazon. .

Can't thank you enough for this detailed guide and valuable information. Never thought I could get such content for free.
So my question is:
I have somewhere between 3k dollar I don't want to risk it and start the business then run out of money (I never trust the hidden expenses).
So I've been thinking of applying all the strategies of finding the right product, marketing ect... On another more affordable selling on Amazon business to start with. (And it won't be dropshipping since the new Amazon policies. No way I can ship the item fast if I follow the new rules with would put the business automatically to failure).
Please let me know if you have any suggestions on how I can start until I collect enough money to go for the FBA.

When creating the product listing, “Number of Boxes” that the product will ship in. What does this mean? Like if we use your washable pee pads, would you say that is “1 box”?
OR are they asking for the amount of skus you are sending in, how many boxes in total is that? Say you bought 500 reusable pee pads and its being shipped to Amazon in 5 boxes, would you put 5 here? Why do they have to make it so confusing lol
Second question. For the variants, I have 2 skus of the same product but in different patterns. What variant option do people usually choose when the since pattern and color is not a variant option?
Yes, you would put the number of boxes you are shipping to Amazon (so in your example, 500 units in 5 boxes).

Referring to 56:25, how would a customer provide an email from an insert that was requesting his/her email in the package? Would the insert refer the customer to a website or something? Can you please clarify? The reviews I think are common sense: the insert would just ask the customer to go to a certain URL online or your amazon page to give a review. Am I following this correctly?

Hello, once you purchase your barcodes how do you know if you need to use the bulk method you are referring to? Can you provide an example? Or if I purchased 3 barcodes for small/medium/large, would that be bulk?
Are you referring to buying UPC barcodes in bulk? If so, the rule of thumb is if you need or will need more than 8 barcodes, use the 2nd method but if you will need less, buy them per piece. For your example, since you will just need 3, it is not advisable to buy in bulk.

Bienvenido! We love an international seller who is thinking about market size. You are totally right, demand will not be the same - you need to adjust it based on the size of the market. Look at the Extension and Tracker data to gauge what sales have happened over the last 30 days and work with those numbers.

I am facing problem with my physical address verification, as Amazon sent a postal OTP code to my virtual USA address? And agent they are not sending me the OTP via email or scan?

For address verification, Amazon will send the code to your registered address entered during the application process. If you have entered US details during the sign-up process, Amazon will require additional documents to verify this.

So , for someone who is fully committed and ready to begin utilizing jungle scout and has a good 5-8k to start, an LLC and resale/tax license, do you see 60 days as realistic time to have your first order/product shipped to Amazon for fba and ready to see sales occurring? I just ask because it seems your first 2-3 months $$$ towards your jungle scout subscription and your Amazon store fee will be wasted
I believe that will be ample time to do product research, however, since the fourth quarter is coming expect that there are gonna delays on the shipment of your product to the FBA warehouse.
