Welcome to my passion project of documenting my fastest mile from every year of my life. Literally lol. This took way to long to dig up photos and results, but I made this video because I thought it was fun. I hope you enjoy my progression :)

As a marathon/ultra runner who hasn't seroliously raced track for several years now, this is too relatable. Trying to move at that old speed just feels so rough when the legs just aren't used to turning over at that rate anymore.

Yeah, grew up in Puyallup. And I was just in Spokane for Bloomsday a few weeks ago!
I am in 8th grade and this season I ran a 5:33 mile and and hoping to break 5 minutes for the 1600 as a freshman

Just gotta have fun lol. I raced a 100m at a local D2 college meet the past spring and ran 12.25 to get like second to last. At least I know i have some speed for an 800 or mile lol

Bro speaking of the mile, yesterday I did middle mile CVL for VT/NH and I got a decent time of 5:48 won for 7th grade and 7th overall, but the 8th grade kid who won got a blazing 4:59 yes 4:59
Btw he was i think 18 seconds faster than 2nd place
@@LeoSnyder-ef1blI’m a senior in high school and know a freshman(9th grade) running 4:25 for the mile. Apparently top high school freshmen running like 4:14.

Can you make a video on how to breath while running at fast pace or slow I'm actually confused when i started pacing i breth like sprinters is it okay
